Take a deep breath, It's just a bad day not a bad life.~ROLEX Artemis... "Nope" I sighed before going back into the small closet we owned. The small town we lived in was very quiet and peaceful to be in. No busybody neighbors or talkative dogs. Living here for about eight months, nobody knew us and we didn't know anyone. It was better that way, being alone. I came out wearing a black baggy top, tight ripped jeans and a black ankle length heels. "Perfect" Ariel squealed in delight. Though we had nowhere to go, Ariel makes sure we look perfect every single day of our lives. And after grabbing a granola bar, we were on our way to work. Work as in waitresses working at a very cheap diner. Ariel cooked. I baked. Catherine Velner was the owner of the diner. She came every two months to check on how we were keeping the diner in check. She lives with her family in Paris where she owns a lot of boutiques. She has black hair with a few streaks of grey hair peeping out of the bun she usually keeps her hair in. Her loving blue eyes were full of kindness and warmth. Her face had smile lines and a few wrinkles here and there. All in all, she was beautiful. Sometimes I wished she was my mother but then I wouldn't have met Ariel and that's one thing I don't want to miss. Ariel coming into my life. ********** "Thanks for coming. Hope to see you again" I said waving at the old couple. "And that's the last customer for the day" Ariel sighed before slumping down in the booth. "Too lazy" I said, wiping the table. "Mhmmm" Ariel murmmured, half dozing. Rolling my eyes, I glanced at the digital clock which read 7:30. Keeping the leftovers in the refrigerator, I turned off the light in the kitchen and then walked to the dining area. "Ariel, get up" "Nooooo" she drawled, her eyes still closed. I sighed. How can someone fall asleep so fast? I didn't have to do this but she left me with no choice. "Oh My God!!! Ariel there's a f*****g Roach in your hair" I yelled and suddenly Ariel was up yanking her hair. I burst out laughing and when I saw chunks of hair in Ariel's hand, I almost passed out. I don't use swear words regularly, I only use them when I feel strong emotions like happiness, anger and the rest. So that's the reason why Ariel believed me. Ariel glared at me and then walked out through the front door. I quickly grabbed a tray of muffins and a slice of grasshopper pie and then flipped the CLOSED sign before locking the door. I caught up with her with a few long strides and handed her the pie which she accepted. "Sorry" I said trying hard not laugh. "Mm-hmm" murmmered Ariel still stuffing her face with pie. We walked home in silence enjoying each other's presence. Today's gone, tomorrow will come and everything will be fine. ********** "Aunt?" I said suprised. She walked closer to me while I smiled widely. Suddenly it wasn't Aunt Catherine, it was Brody. His smirk was still as saddistic as ever and as he walked closer, my feet were glued to the floor so I couldn't move. My body shook with fear as his hand slipped around my waist. "Hello, tiger cub" he said smirking and getting closer while fear ran through my body from my head to my feet and then back up again. "P---pu---lease" I stammered while tears ran down my cheeks. "Still as I remembered" he said grinning. "First the fear, then the tears and lastly the pain" he said as he grabbed me by my shoulders and he tore my clothes leaving me bare and utterly naked before him. He licked his lips, his eyes still on my chest as he pinned my hands to the wall with one hand and he cupped my breast with the other one while his mouth did damages to my n*****s. He didn't suck it, instead he bit it, he bit it so hard that I thought it was going to fall off. He did the same thing to the other one while he move me backwards to the bed. He fingered me, slipping his fingers in one by one until his hand curled into a fist and then he fisted me going in deeper and deeper while I cried out in pain. I could literally feel my p***y tearing open wider and wider. "Please stop" I managed to say with my voice crooked. "So you are telling me what to do now right?" he asked licking my c*m off his fingers. "No, that's not what----" "Shut the f**k up" he growled. Getting up, he brought out the chain from the drawer and he chained me to the bed. He brought out his whip and as he lifted it up, I woke up sweating. It was just a dream. ********** "Are you okay" Ariel asked for the uptenth time. "I'm fine. Just a little bit under the weather" I said wiping the counter. "Are you sure? We have enough money to take you to the hospital" "No! "I yelled partially, "I mean, I've taken pain killers and I feel better" Ariel narrowed her eyes at me while my smile widened. "Artemis, I'm your friend, you can tell me-----" And the bell rang. A customer was here. My personal hero. I ran to the dining area. Bumping into someone, I managed to catch myself from falling before saying series of apologies with my head low. "Artemis?" I know that voice. I looked up to see Aunt Catherine smiling at me. She's here. Wait. Why is she here? She was here two weeks ago. "Aunt" yelled Ariel as she flung herself at Aunt Cat. I walked up to her to hug her too. "You've grown so big" Aunt said smiling widely at us but I could see the worry swirling in her eyes. "Thanks Aunt. Come in, sit. Arty made blueberry pie" Ariel said walking towards the kitchen. She came out holding a tray with two slices of pie on it. I walked to the dispenser and got her a cup of cold water. We watched her eat and then slowly the smile slipped off her face and for the first time in my whole life, I saw tears in Aunt's eyes. "Aunt, what's wrong" Ariel asked, her eyes wide with fear. I was panicking now as I watched Aunt dab her eyes. "I'm locking down the diner. You'll have to move" Wait, what?
