Lucille’s POV
When we’re out of Franco’s bedroom, I’m genuinely surprised to see Kylie gone and her presence replaced by a buff man that I briefly remember noticing at the security desk downstairs.
“It’s all taken care of, Mr Toretti. The emergency exit plan worked beautifully in this case too.” The man grins, clearly proud of himself and the task achieved.
Confused, I turn my head towards Franco, who’s sporting a slightly panicked expression, his head shaking ‘no’ in the direction of the man. Now this has me intrigued.
“Emergency exit plan?” I raise an eyebrow and ask Franco at the same time as she exhales and addresses the guy who’s name I find out is Marco. So another Italian, interesting.
