The sun is shining brightly outside the glass wall of his office and yet, Dustin chose to ignore it and continue what he is doing. Since he still has a lot of things that need to finish, he chose not to eat his lunch because there is a lot of paperwork that needs his signed. Additionally, he used not to eat his lunch in the afternoon since it is the time when he has a lot of documents that need to be signed as soon as possible.
