In the place where they are, Westgate is known for having a large number of illegal settlers who don't have enough money to buy their land. Though the place is called "The Land of Hope", it doesn't mean that this area is peaceful. Based on his research, Uno discovered that Westgate is a kind of place that doesn't have rules.
