I woke up, stretched, and got ready for another day. I wanted to search for an abandoned cabin somewhere. Rogues who live alone hardly have anyone they could give their cabin to. Or even, they were seeking a new adventure or lifestyle and abandoned their cabins. That was one thing as a rogue that made me want this solo life, not being tied down to one spot. Or person.
YOU CAN'T DENY US OUR MATE.
But I have to Ivory. My mother would still be alive if it wasn't for love. I can hear her whimper. I brushed my hair into a ponytail, threw on some blue jean shorts and black hooded t shirt. I grabbed some power bars and ate them quickly. I packed up the tent and set off to go deeper in the woods. I'm not sure what these woods had in store for me but I was hoping it was a decent abandoned cabin to live in. Worst comes to worse I'd have to build one. However, I don't think all those home improvement shows I watched gave me any real skills.
After a couple hours passed and a pair of sore legs, I decided to stop. It was late afternoon and I was hungry. At this point I was sure I was truly alone in the woods. I was relieved. I wouldn't have to be asked repetitive questions about how I was holding up after mom and dad died. Everything I didn't want to deal with. It was just Ivory and me.
I saw some frogs on a rock in the middle of the river stream. It gave me an idea for lunch. FROG LEGS! Yum. I caught one and chased the 2nd. It was a hopper for sure. It ran from the river and into the woods. I gave it 2 more minutes of a chase and had both frogs in my hand. That wasn't all though. The frog led me to a cabin. He ended up being a quick lunch and good luck!
