Putting Pieces Together

Allison POV I woke up from the little sleep I had. I couldn't stop thinking about the ring. Did my mother tell me it had magic to keep me from playing with her stuff, or did it really have magic? I know it was crazy to even think it did, maybe a part of me wanted it to be true. What was I saying? Willa's plan was to leave today. She was open enough to tell me her story so I felt I could trust her to check the ring out. I walked out the bathroom to ask her after I was ready for the day. "I have something to ask you." I said shyly. "Uh-oh, what is it?" She asked. I was super uncomfortable. She laid out breakfast on the table. I reached for my backpack and pulled out the ring box. The note fell out but I quickly grabbed it and put it in my pocket."What is it?" She questioned. "I don't know if I'll ever see you again. The people that could answer my questions are either dead or not on speaking terms with me. I.. well... it might sound silly... but... is... does this ring have magic?" I know I just sounded silly. I'm not sure what she thought of me at this point. She smiled, grabbed the ring and closed her eyes. After a few moments, her facial expressions went from calm to horror. "F**K!" She screamed. Did I hurt her? Curse her? What's going on! I was freaking out and I can tell she was too. "I...I am sorry! I just wanted to know if it had magic." I ran to the floor to try to grab the ring but she beat me to it. "Who's ring is this? Who gave it to you?" She yelled, she looked intense. It wasn't scary enough that she was dressed all in black and a witch! That was my ring and I was going to get it back. "It was my mother's. She left it for me after she died. My brother gave me the box on my birthday before I left. I didn't ask questions!" My hand were talking with me. I was confused just as much as her. "I didn't know what it was until last night. I just remember as a little girl my mom saying it had powers. I thought it was just a fantasy story..." I said and opened my hand out for her to give it back to me. She did. She was calm now, "Allison, my family made these for the pack Luna's that were strong in heart and will. My family were loyal to the ones we gave them to. I'm guessing my dad made it for your mother." She looked surprised and confused. "What does this mean?" I asked. "That now I'll be loyal to you, since the ring is in one piece. Now I know why my dad refused to attack your pack and died. Pack your things. You're coming with me to Silver Moon." She was serious, she stormed outside. I wanted to know more, and it was a long ways to travel. But there was one serious thing she was forgetting. "Won't people recognize you? Since you're wanted and all?" I asked as I walked outside after her. Her appearance had changed. She had long jet black hair and hazel eyes. A complete difference from the pixie cut and emerald eyes. "Nope, they sure won't. I'm a witch remember?" She giggled. "Now let's eat and go. I have to meet up with Alpha Troy. Correction, WE have too." FIND MATE Oh Ivory, don't start with this right now.
