As Gigi walked into the office on Monday morning, Eddie followed her into the kitchen.
“You know there is this big event by the Asian-American Realtor Association, called Young Rising Stars. Maybe you’ll be interested to attend?” Eddie poured a cup of coffee for Gigi.
“Really? That sounds great! I would love to! I have heard about this organization, Eddie. It’s huge, right?”
“Yes, they have at least 800 members. They have events and luncheons regularly. It’s a great network. You should check it out!”
“Yeah . . . but you know I haven’t done much in the Chinatown area. And those Asian realtors may . . . hum . . . like they have their tight circle, you know? Like the Sugar Land area, for an example, you can hardly find a sign that’s not under an Asian Realtor’s nam
