Mallory followed Callum into the clearing, keeping her wand ready. “I can see seven bodies. I guess only one of them had a revive.”
Brodie joined them, grinning, Fang at his side. “You should have seen me move. I attacked nearly all of them at least once.”
“You were meant to be taking them out, not working on gaining XP,” Mallory said. “No wonder I don’t usually turn you invisible.”
“Aww, come on, Mal. It’s not like they had much health. Callum and Danni were taking them out in a single shot, so there wasn’t any problem. Besides, it gave me a CAS point.”
