Missing

She's takin'

Jay was shouting at Nicole to hurry up in the bathroom, also while wondering what it would be like to run into Kayla again after what her brother had told her the night before. Nicole finally came out of the bathroom only giving Jay ten minutes to get her hair and makeup ready for school.

"Why were you taking so long Nicole?"

"I just want to get Rebecca's attention," she told Jay.

Jay got a nervous look on her face and put her hand up to her mouth almost about to bite her nails. She stops herself though, takes a deep breath, and slowly enters the bathroom. Before closing the door she speaks to Nicole.

"That may not be a good thing, Nicole. Rebecca has a girlfriend," Jay tells her sister.

"Nuh-uh, she broke up with her girlfriend at the end of May. She's a free game now."

"I still wouldn't get my hopes up, sis."

"Look, you may be my older sister but I can handle this," and Nicole storms away waiting for Jay and Caleb to get ready to leave for school. Jay closes that bathroom door and uses the few minutes she has to make herself look presentable and fabulous.

Once ready the siblings climb into Caleb's car. Jay was in the front passenger seat and Nicole in the back with Caleb driving. Both sisters were apprehensive for their own reasons. Nicole about Rebecca and Jay about her sister finding out about Rebecca and about running into her old friends. Only Caleb remained cool and collected.
