Tae stared at the motionless girl in front of him.

He stared down in horror at the neck in his grasp.

He was staring at the red marks on her neck. Then he became aware of Nebula. She was looking down at him. He looked up at her, his hands still around Molly’s neck. Again, she was covered in soot. Nebula shifted her gaze on the girl in his grasp. Panicked, he loosened his grip and Molly fell back on the mattress.
‘Why is she in soot again? Did she-was she on fire again?’
Tae straightened his back and faced Nebula. Grabbing her face, he uttered, “She was trying to break us up- I can’t let that happen Nebula.”
