Did I want to do this? f**k no. I would rather have my wisdom teeth extracted without drugs and my toenails ripped out by pliers at the same time. Am I over exaggerating? Nope. Not at all. Take me to the dentist now and I’ll show you. Do I have to do this? Yes, because my gorgeous, beautiful, kindhearted, amazing, busy body, nosy fiancé decided to go behind my back and invite my parents over to a surprise dinner she was making.
I know she means well. She has a very kind heart and it was coming from a good place but I really do wish she would talk to me about these things first so I could at least mentally prepare for what I was about to do and say. Do I want to give them the benefit of the doubt? A part of me says yes and the other part says the damage is far too gone.
