He held me tightly to him, moving the gun to my lower back, pressing hard to make it known. I closed my eyes and breathed in and out, trying to remain calm. I know if I cooperate I have a better chance of trying to find my way out of this mess. I let out a sigh of relief when I heard the car start and the tires crunching on the stone driveway. He pushed me towards the window to watch them drive. Ray turned around in the back seat and looked back at me and I could see her screaming and crying, trying to hold Ellie back with little hands sticking up over the seat.
