Chapter 6 -The Encounter

POV- (Valerio)
My beautiful mate is stiff as a board and it appeared she was holding her breath. I slowly leaned in and kissed her lulustrious wine lips. I could not help myself. I had to taste her. She had the sweetest taste of her taste was my undoing. I looked at her, I saw a single tear fall from her beautiful eye. What the hell? Was she going to cry? Why was she not happy to see me? Did she not want me as her mate? I have been waiting for nine f*****g years for her. I cannot believe this. Could this really happen to me? I had almost given up on finding her and she was going to f*****g cry when I finally f*****g found her. The Moon Goddess finally gave me a beautiful, gorgeous, sexy goddess and is about to cry. What the f**k!!!
I could feel the anger and the rejections building up inside me. Aero, was whinning and whimpering in my head. The hurt that I felt was like I was being destroyed from the inside and out. She just stood there staring at me! Why would she not say anything? Does the Princess think she is too f*****g good for me? Am I not what she had expected? Why is she not happy to see me?
I could not stand this rejection any longer and my temper got the best of me. Before I knew what I was doing, I looked at her in the eyes and I said,
"You are MINE! You are my fated MATE from the Moon Goddess! I have waited for you a very long time. Rest sure, princess, if I ever see another man lay hands on you again! I WILL f*****g KILL HIM! Do you understand me?"
I saw tears falling from her eyes. I cannot take this any longer. I could stand there and see the terror in her eyes. I thought I was going to f*****g explode if I stood her any longer. I had to leave and get some fresh air before I said something I would regret. "Be prepared to leave with me in one week for your new home." I said, and I walked away from her feeling my heart break into a thousand pieces. She was standing there, not moving. She watched me walking away. She did not stop me.
POV- (Kia)
I cannot believe this is happening to me. I did not have any words. He was the most handsome man I had ever seen, he captured all of the deep fantasies I had ever desired.
He was six feet and four inches with jet black hair with the beautiful golden eyes I had laid eyes on. He got angry, his eyes were dark chocolate. I could get loss in those eyes. Shivers kept running all the way through my body. I can still feel the electricity and sparks running through my body where he touched me around my waste. I wanted to run to him and wrap my arms around him and kiss him again. My mate was truly a masterpiece. The need I was feeling for him was almost overwhelming and I felt I was about to lose control. NO! This cannot be happening! This is NOT what I wanted. Stay strong Kia. Do not fall for the mate bond. I do NOT want to feel this overwhelming desire to have him. The need is overpowering. The desire to throw myself in his arms and kiss those lips. When he kissed me, I actually wanted to melt inside of him and disappear from the existence of this world. I felt myself getting wet with the need for him. I was throbbing between my legs. I had never felt this emotion before. I honestly forgot how to breathe. I could feel my body start trembling all over. I can feel the tears roll down my cheeks. No! No! No! Not a Mate! I kept saying in my head. I cannot not live with the heartbreak if he is ever taken away from me. I will not survive.
When he spoke he said, "You are MINE! You are my fated MATE from the Moon Goddess! I have waited for you a very long time. Rest sure, princess, if I ever see another man lay hands on you again! I WILL f*****g KILL HIM! Do you understand me?"
I could not stop the tears falling from my eyes. It was like my tears had a mind of their own and were flowing freely. When he walked away, I wanted to run after him to stop him but, I thought I was going to faint right there. My legs started getting weak and trembling. I do not think I could even walk if I wanted to. Not even one step. I start to panic. What am I going to do?
I started seeing flashbacks of Azeil and Amber. I saw Amber jumping off the building and heard her screams, as she was falling. Then she was lying on the cold sidewalk dead with blood everywhere.
I need to find a safe place. I need to get away. I could not move, it was like I was frozen in my place. I need my brothers and I need them now.
I mind-linked "Gaberial and Ry!" They were panicking in my own mind.
"Kia what is it????" they replied.
The only thing I could think of was one word, "HELP! I need you" I heard my voice crack and I did not sound like me anymore. "The private balcony Please!"
I started feeling really dizzy and my head started spinning. Everything around me was getting dark! Oh, this is not good. I hear running in my direction. " I am standing there like a statue. I see Ry first then saw Gabriel. Oh no! Mom and Dad are coming to me, too. I cannot handle Mom right now. Then everything went black! Silents.....
POV-(Ry)
Gabriella and I were dancing on the ballroom floor and I was enjoying my beautiful mate. I had not seen her in years but I knew she was one of my sister's friends. I had always had a crush on this beautiful woman. I am walking on air, finally finding my mate.
Everyone disappeared from the room when I saw her. How could I be so lucky to have her as my mate? I love when she giggles. Her smile is amazing. I am at such a loss to her.
Then I hear Kia mind-link me. Something is very wrong. I hear the panic in her voice. My sister was in trouble and I needed to get to her now!
I whispered to Gabriella, "we have to go, Kia needs me."
I rushed off the dance floor. We started running to Kia. I had never heard someone speak so scared and weak. When I saw her, tears were flowing down her cheeks, she was standing there not moving. What could have happened to her? There was true terror in her eyes. But, terror from what? What could have happened that caused this reaction to my sister? Gabriel was right beside me, seeing the same as me.
We were one step from her as she fainted. I have never seen my sister FAINTED in her life. Not her!
Gabriel grabbed her just in time before she hit the floor. We had mind-linked Mom and Dad on our way there. My brave, strong sister looked so lost and terrified. What could have possibly happened to her?
"What is going on?" I said.
"Exactly what happened to her?" asked Mom and Dad.
"I do not know but I will kill them!" said Gabriel.
"Me too!" I said
"Take her to her bedroom. I have mind-linked the doctor." Dad said.
"My poor baby girl!" said Mom
