Today is Sophia’s 25th birthday,
a milestone I was determined to make unforgettable. Beside me, our pups, Daniel and Daisy, held hands and giggled as they skipped ahead. Their anticipation mirrored mine, their eyes shining with the promise of a magical evening.
As we reached the castle gates, Sophia looked at me with a mixture of curiosity and surprise. "Where are we?" she asked, her voice laced with wonder.
I smiled, taking her hand in mine and squeezing it gently. "Just a little further," I replied, guiding her along the stone pathway that wound through the manicured gardens.
