Kathy's POV
My heart shook, but it wasn't as distorted as other times. This wasn't the first time I was going to be in prison. I have been here several times.
Now, I have a valid piece of information in my hand. Chris is a bad guy. This was information that was very important because it took me closer to my goal.
But I was scared. There was absolutely no one I could call at this point. No one to help me. No one to bail me out.
Fuck! What have I gotten myself into? How will I ever get out?
I sat there in the cell, wondering what would happen next. Last time, Ethan freed me. This time, who will?
I wouldn't call Anna. She would panic and come running right here to bail me with everything she had. Besides, I left her. So, no! I wasn't going to call her.
