I hated the way I reacted towards my brothers, I never did this kind of thing before, Elliott is my best friend and I humiliated him infront of his friends and the school, I don't know if he would ever forgive me and make it worst I did this over a guy I only met today, who i bearly knew, but still Austin can't be that bad right... he seems a little rough around the edges with his dark brown hair, his dreamy hazel brown eyes and those tattoos on his arms, wait what am I thinking, I don't think of boys especially not Austin,he's not my type and I'm not interested in dating I keep repeating to myself as images flash before my eyes of Austin sitting opposite me and those eyes glued to me like their is noone else in the room. I shook my head bringing me back to reality, I ran towards the football field in search of my brothers, when I approached them Chase pulled me to the side before I can speak to Elliott "What the hell has gotten into you, your getting into fights with Elliott now, We told you Austin was bad news, you do know he was expelled from his old school right?" Chase commented before I can get a word in "I'm sorry, I really am, its just I thought you guys fought because he wants to be friends with me and it kind of hurt thinking that you guys didn't want me having male friends" I responded to Chase as Elliott approached us wrapping is arms around me from behind in the most comfortable hug ever. I spun around watching my older brother with tears in my eyes apologizing over and over, "I really don't know what has gotten into me" I told Elliott as I embraced him crying my eyes out " It's ok Janie , just be careful, I love you and I don't trust that punk" Elliott whispered to me as he released me from our embrace, he held my shoulders and giving me the reassurance that we're good now and I started to jump with joy. "So why was he expelled?" I asked watching my brothers with a curious look on my face "Amy never told you" Chase asked looking at Elliott then back at me before Elliott broke out in a fit of laughter " the i***t hooked up with Stacy in her dad's office and he walked in on them" Elliott said humorously. "What kind of i***t would f**k the principals daughter in his own office" Chase said joining Elliott in on the laughter." I think he's just a horny teenager" I responded to my brothers, just a few weeks ago I walked in on Chase in the garage while he was being groped by his girlfriend, or did he forget about that. Chase stopped laughing as I watched him and he knew where I was coming from."Hey, in my defense you weren't supposed to be home for the next half hour, how was I supposed to know that you book club meeting was canceled " Chase said as Elliott watched us both confused, just as I was about to blurt it out Chase covered my mouth with his hand and whispered in my ear "sibling secrecy" which was our code used to keep each other's secret. Mom and dad gave the boys ONE RULE: NO GIRLS IN THE HOUSE UNLESS THEIR AT HOME, and Chase had a habit of breaking that rule a lot. So happened I'm the one always around for him to be caught in the action so to speak. "You're really calling sibling secrecy right now, I want in on his dirty little secret as well" Elliott said in a curious tone, glancing back and forth from Chase to me."It's not my secret to tell" I responded as I giggled watching Chase with horror in his eyes."WELL FINE! be that way just know I'm going to find out sooner or later what you guys are keeping from me " Elliott shouted at us making us break into a fit of laughter.

Elliott then grabbed onto Chase wrestling with him to spill his secret completely forgetting about me.

As I stood there watching my brothers goof off I could only wonder why Amy never mentioned Stacy to me. Did Stacy still have feelings for him or is it more than what my brothers are say ? I questioned myself all different scenarios playing in my head none better than the other." SNAP OUT OF IT!" Chase exclaimed as he snapped his fingers in my ear bringing me back to reality. "We forgive you under one condition" Elliott said to me with a serious look on his face . "And whats that?" I asked thinking I'd be doing their chores for a month or washing his car but that was not the case here not even close to the response I expected matter of fact "we have no problems with you being friends with any guy at this school but if you insist on having Austin as a friend make sure that's it JUST FRIENDS, understand?" Elliott said grasping on to my shoulders assuring me that he meant every word he just said."Guys you got to be kidding me with this right now, I'm not interested in Austin I barely even know him we sit next to each other in class but not by choice, that was the only seat available in the class and I can't be rude to him on his first day just like that" I said to my brothers and besides they should know I'm not gonna be dating anyone anytime soon."We're not letting this slide sis either you promise us or your not forgiven you choose " Chase then said making me sigh in disdain "OK,OK I PROMISE" I responded when they both grasped me into a tight hug then they rushed of to meet their friends.

I then made my way back to Amy and Jonas to let them know I was forgiven and it was just a big misunderstanding on my behalf and I just had to stick to my promise but most of all I wanted to know why she never told me about Stacy. Amy is my best friend and she kept a secret like this from me even after Austin approached me 'What is she hiding' I thought to myself as I made my way back to the cafeteria only to see Austin and Mark still at the table with Amy and Jonas. My facial expression completely changed from curious to depressed immediately causing Amy to run up to me as I approached them and I can tell that she's worried that I didn't settle matters with my brothers and not expecting the words that came out of my mouth "What happened between Stacy and Austin?" I asked as Amy gasped in shock by the first question that came out of my mouth.
