Alexa's POV
My wolf tries to push me into asking what the quadruplets really did but I scold it.
"Don't you know it will lead to them suspecting that I've seen something?" I talk back to her and then she keeps quiet.
"Hmm," Austin sighs, turning around to face his last born triplet brother, Justin. When Justin turns to see him, he c***s his head, referring to the quadruplet Alphas.
"Alexa!" Dustin's deep voice looms in the room, switching my attention back to him. He looks troubled, I pretty much think he's jealous that his bros should come for me when he isn't around.
"Hope they didn't hurt you?"
My eyes give five blinks at once, confusion strikes as he asks this. I wonder in what way he's trying to portray the hurt.
