I released a frustrated sigh as I went over the pages of the new book I picked up from my library to find out some new healing herbs and mechanisms.
How I wished this could be a nightmare and I didn't have to have to eat my breakfast as my lunch for the fourth time in a row this week since that had become my new routine.
Even though Rowan had begged me to rest and eat some food before continuing, I just couldn't rest when my people were in severe pains. I needed to find a cure and they all looked to me for one.
I rubbed my throbbing forehead to relieve the pain there as I picked up another book to compare some herbs. This was the same thing I did the day before, before conducting some tests, as I just could not give my Pack members any cure without a test.
