In the world where might was right, I was very weak. My father was a mighty magician as well as a viscount of the kingdom but I didn't have much talent for magic as he wanted. So, he started to teach magic to my twin brother, Charles who had a great aptitude for learning magic. Me and Charles were twins who went to the same school but he was a top student and I was a failure. So, even my peers used to bully me. Even when I was beaten or bullied, my family turned a blind eye to everything. It was like they had abandoned me long ago.

Every year, there used to be a competition at the academy where students of different classes compete with each other. This year was the same. Many students including my brother participated in the competition but I couldn't because I was too weak. Many strong people were there to watch the students compete and it was a grand occasion but that occasion ruined my life even more.

In the stage, my brother and Argos were fighting. Charles was a 1st grade magician and Argos was a novice swordsman. Charles, who had a weaker body than Argos was maintaining distance while using long ranged attacks but Argos was unharmed with that and was slowly closing the distance between them. From the match, Argos was clearly stronger than Charles who was desperately attacking. Seeing his attacks having no effects whatsoever Charles started preparing for 'Fire Bolt' which was a strong attack which could be fatal to a novice swordsman like Argos. Argos too realised that the attack was strong so he jumped forward and struck his sword towards Charles neck.

Charles was putting all his concentration on fire bolt and couldn't defend against Argos' attack but Argos' attack was stopped by a transparent shield. While Argos was confused about what happened, Charles fired the Fire Bolt at Argos' face who was still in the air. Fire Bolt which could threaten Argos was fired at close range. Argos' head was blown away and blood spurt from his neck.

Everyone was flustered. Argos was the son of Abbot, a great sword master of the kingdom. If this matter was not handled nicely, he would be a disaster to the academy. But my father, Arthur was also a strong magician. So he requested the teachers of the academy to arrange a meeting.
