I turned my head to give her a teasing smirk.
"Naoki, are you... nervous?" I asked mockingly.
Naoki glared at me before swatting me in the gut with her hand. I chuckled as she grumbled under her breath.
Right now we're in the grand ballroom. Leif is on stage, giving an introduction speech. Today is a celebration. The Fae are about to learn just how much I'm changing, and I have a feeling they aren't going to like it.
