Watching my body run through the forest from the backseat of my mind was quite the experience. I am usually the type of person that needs to be in control. And now that I'm not, I have mixed feelings about it. A part of me feels relieved, another part feels terrified. It's like I feel freedom for the first time, and also a bit of stress, like letting someone else drive your car and you ride shotgun. Having to trust the wolf side of myself, a wolf that left me the day my dad died.
“Hey girl, we are fine. Besides, we walked around Franky’s home almost every day in our wolf form. Relax. This way, we get to see Toya sooner than if we went around the forest like most humans.” Kira tried to comfort me.
“You're right, as a werewolf, we are stronger than most humans.” I agreed with
