Bryce shrugged. “We know the financials and the due diligence are flawless. The only thing that might trip us up is the idea that the transaction wasn’t fair. We knew that Carson Enterprises wanted to buy Tyre Holdings, and we knew they were making moves to do exactly that. If I remember correctly, that’s why you swooped in and bought them.”
