Wazir Ali's POV:
We went back to the hospital after getting some rest, lunch and refreshment. Bella was there, talking nonsense to Ahad and he was looking really pissed. When he saw Ana, entering from the door behind me his face lightened up and a genuine happy smile appeared on his face.
"Hey, baby sister!" He called and she teared up immediately. She came forward and sat down beside him.
"Hey, big brother!" She replied and that was a very odd thing that my eyes also got wet to see their brother-sister affection towards each other. Bella stood up and came near me.
"I want to talk to you about something." She started with seriousness and I nodded in response. Then we left them both alone.
"What's going on?" She asked instantly after I closed the door behind me.
