Diana’s Pov
Lucien’s emotions went from happy to angry as he looked at Rolf making an entrance into the hall.
I could see him boil with rage
I sensed him trying to attack Rolf immediately, but he held himself together, trying to avoid causing a scene.
Rolf started walking towards me, but he was quickly intercepted by Lucien, who jumped right in front of me, blocking Rolf.
“And what are you doing here?” Lucien asked him firmly, pushing him on his chest. Rolf chuckled, “Oh, look who we have here, long live the king.” Rolf mocked him.
“So you want to come here and make a scene,” Lucien roared, pointing his hands towards the pack behind Rolf.
“These are my loyal werewolves, and we’ve come to make a feast at your place,” he said with courage.
