Alpha Roy's pov

I was nervous going in to Shy's room at the pack hospital. When I walk in I could hear the excitement in her voice. I was so happy! All I had left to do was give her her ice coffees and dinner. Shy I'll be right back baby. I said with out knowing that I called her baby. s**t! s**t! I'm a f*****g ass hole. I hope this don't ruin the mood. I walked out and was about to get the rollie cart with dinner and the ice coffees when the doctor come up. Is everything okay Doctor I ask. The doctor just looked at me. My mind started to wonder that something bad was going to happen. What is it? I ask softly. Alpha nothing is wrong we have good news and a little bad news we will start with the bad first. Okay doctor I said the good new is as soon as Shianne turn 18 when her and her wolf becomes one then the cancer will leave. We all know that werewolf don't get sick. Since she is still in her human so to speak we will have to do everything we can to get her to her 18 birthday. She can get worst before then. That's the bad news if we can't get her to her birthday we could loose her. Thank you doctor please do everything in your power to get her to her birthday. I got the cart of foods and drinks and rolled it into the room.

Shy's pov

It took Alpha Roy awhile to come back. Then it dawn on me. What! Wait What! he had called me baby. I don't know how I feel about that. It's really soon. I was lost in thought of mind. I didn't see him walk. Shy are you OK. SHY ARE YOU OKAY! I finally heard him say. Yes I'm fine just lost in my thoughts. I look over at the cart OMG! THAT IS SOOO MUCH FOOD AND DRINKS HOW ARE GOING TO GET THREW ALL THAT! What we don't want I thought we could give it to the doctor's and nurses that are helping you get better. He said.
