After I informed Bastian and my father that I’d take Alphaship of Gray Shadows, Sara and I left the mansion this morning.
Sara has seemed much more at ease about things the past couple of days. This is strange to me because I thought she’d still be worrying about what happened with Chan and Yanlin.
Sara also called a meeting to explain her decision about Jill and Paul to our families. Sara doesn’t want them executed but to be locked up for the rest of their lives. Not once will they touch each other, and forever will they yearn to be together.
Sara had worried about what her parents would think. But Faye smiled and told Sara she was proud of her and had nothing to worry about.
