The hotel was lit up with a cozy glow from the outside and inside when I got there. The lobby was just like I remembered it that morning. There was someone else at the desk though. A young man. I gave him my details and made my payment before giving me my key.  He looked around me probably surprised that I didn't have any luggage. "Travelling light?", he quipped  "Something like that", I replied. "Pity", he said with a slight smirk, "Cause I would have helped you take them up."
