Finishing up the preliminary rounds the wrath party had won against 4 highly trained chefs and we're going to face their ultimate foe Genevieve Weiss and prove that monster meals are amazing.

Fazz the announcer addressed the audience, "Well you've seen it here first folks!!!, The strange cuisine created by the demon of wrath has earned him a battle against the heiress of this dear company!!, Tune in tomorrow to see who wins this battle of the Titans!!".

"Yahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" The crowd went wild.

" 'Sighhhhh', that was exhausting" Edward exclaimed.

"You bearly did anything but eat! I should be the one complaining!!!" Remi countered.

"Today was really fun though, I hope we can win again tomorrow" Valerie said with child like glee.

"Definitely! we'll trash that heiress!" Remi shouted.

'shimmmmmm', "Oh you'll trash me?" A bright light appeared on the stage and from it a girl with short curly blonde hair wearing a golden gown appeared.

"She's here the heiress herself!!!" Fazz shouted.

"You!!!" Remi took a defensive stance and so did Valerie and Edward.

"Hehehe, I'm not here to fight, I came to congratulate you on your wins, also to make a bet, tee hee" Genevieve said with a mocking tone.

"Bet you say?" Edward stood between Remi and her.

"If you people manage to beat me tomorrow, I'll give you restaurant here in the Weiss company to sell your weird meals" the blonde girl stated.

"Seriously?!!!" Remi pushed Edward away to get a better view of her face.

"Not only that!, I the heiress of this wonderful company shall become your Ally!" Genevieve shouted and the crowd awe'd.

"you've heard it here first folks!!! The bet of a century!!" Fazz continued to hype up the Audience.

"But what if we lose?" Valerie asked wisely.

"Yah what if we lose!" Remi added.

"Then you'll work at a Weiss restaurant forever without getting paid ever hehehehehehehe" Genevieve continued her laugh to the dismay of Remi and co.

"Pfft, fine then you have yourself a deal!" Remi gave his answer.

As the wrath party were heading back to Swampfort, Genevieve had a devilish smile on her face for some odd reason.

Witch's cabin

As Remi opened the door to the cabin something unexpected happened.

"Surprise!!!!!" A group of people surprised Remi and the group with a welcome party, these people where Alex and Elisa from the red ember guild, Abigail, Biggie, Charlotte, Tom and Seras.

"We heard you've been competing in some big cooking tournament bro!" Alex said.

"So we've come to show our support!" Elisa added.

"Oh yep, that's a good reason to break into someone's house" Remi folded his arms and looked pissed but Alex and Elisa laughed it off.

"I'm so glad, God has given way for you people to bring prosperity to our village" sister Abigail put her hands together and smiled.

"Indeed we'll show everyone that the demon of wrath and the swamp village aren't so bad" Edward started to get teary eyed again as he said this.

"Val your amazing!" Charlotte smiled

"Your talents Know no bounds" biggie added.

"Show everyone that a kid can do anything!" Tom said with Seras nodding beside him.

"Yoshh! You can count on me!" Valerie put a hand on her waist and posed.

North castle town

Weiss company main stadium

After a night of partying the wrath party headed back to the northern part of castle town for their final battle, on the way they see the huge stadium is really full of people (most here to see the demon of wrath get beaten by the heiress).

Backstage

"Huh is that?" Edward pointed at and middle aged man in a golden suit with graying blonde hair.

"Ah if it isn't the Wrath demon's party, just the people I wanted to see" the man spoke up,

"Don't get too close to them sir, it's dangerous" one of the man's bodyguards showed up to protect him.

"Nonsense if he wanted me Dead, he would have killed me by now hahahah"the man laughed.

"That's true though" Remi answered.

"well let me introduce myself, I'm a jugde for your upcoming match against my daughter, also I'm the head of this culinary company Louis Weiss! Hahahaha" Louis laughed again.

Remi stood in surprise as Valerie and Edward both shouted in surprise at the presence of Louis.

"I heard about your bet with Genevieve, I told her not to but she's as stubborn as her mother 'sniff sniff' the sss blood runs deep" Louis wiped a tear away.

"sss?" Remi asked Edward

"Amazons a tribe of strong women who live in the forest, they seek out men to breed with since they can only give birth to girls" Edward explained.

"That means the girl from yesterday is an sss?!!" Valerie asked.

"That would explain her weird personality" Remi said as he folded his hands.

"Ever since her mother passed, she's been looking for a way to go adventuring, I hope you lose honestly, I can't part from my little girl 'sniff' 'sniff'" Louise wiped more tears from his eyes.

(So emotional...) Remi cringed at the man's sorrow as he noticed Edward deep in thought "Ed?".

"Huh? I was just thinkin...." Edward was pushed away by a strange man wearing black holding a knife.

"Die Weiss!!!" The man shouted as he swung a knife at Louis.

'crackkkk!'Before Remi could even move, he witnessed the knife brake

Into numerous pieces as it made contact with what seemed like a green hand made of air.

"What?!!!" The man shouted.

" 'munch munch munch" people like you are really a waste, I wouldn't mind taking a bite out of at least then you'd be useful" a girl wearing green and black armor came from the crowd she was chewing on a bone, she had dark brown skin like Remi, with short dark green hair.

The strange thing about this girl is she had a pair green crooked horns sticking out of her skull as well as a pair of green wings

"A demon!" The man quickly ran away as Louis body guards checked his body for wounds.

"Running away won't help buddy 'munch' " the girl said again and Remi continued to stare at her until(she has 2 horns?).

"Buhahaha! Bold of you to assume you can run away butttttttt....! Futile!!!" Another stranger with light skin and brown hair came from the crowd he had red pointed horns on his head and a long red tail.

{Flame mail!!!! Lance of Cocytus!!!}

The man arm was engulfed in crimson flames as he flung a spear at the assassin direction but missed However.

'swiiiis swiiis swiiis' as if bouncing off the air it's self the spear redirected it's course towards the assassin.

"Gyahhh..." 'crickkkkkk' the assassin was stabbed with the flaming spear but as soon as it made contact with his body it froze him in a block of ice.

"Wooooooow!!!" The crowd were in awe.

"Buhahaha! I expected this lousy kingdom to at least have decent guards but alas it didn't reach my standards" the man said while gelling his hair back.

"Thank you two for saving me" Louis said with gratitude in his voice.

"Hey you two! you're my bodyguards don't go saving other people damn it!!!" An elderly man wearing a chef uniform came ranting.

" 'munch munch' you aren't worth attacking, nobody knows who you are in this kingdom" the female demon said as she chewed on a slime ball.

"Buhahaha! That's right mr Gamsey unlike yours truly this guy!" The male demon said striking a pose.

"Bloody demon knights!" The elderly man Gamsey said with disdain.

"Ahhh these are the special guests from the Alphestos kingdom!" A voice from the crowd said.

The visitors were now looked about with eyes of awe, however Remi confronted the two other demon knights.

"So you guys are the demons from another kingdom?" Remi asked obviously.

"Buhahaha! That's right my weak looking one horned friend! Gaze upon us!" The horned man said.

"Demon knight of gluttony, Ounje 'munch' " the crooked horned girl said while chewing

"Demon knight of pride! Argus! Buhahaha!" The straight horned man said as if boasting.

"Ummm, Demon knight of wrath, Remi grrrrrr! I guess" Remi said trying to sound intimidating.

"All demons are weird" Valerie spat out.

"That's right" Edward agreed.

"Heard you're making a dish that both humans and demons can eat, hope it doesn't disappoint me" Argus says in a deep voice.

"same here 'munch munch' " Ounje adds.

"Sure sure just root for me and make sure that Gamsey eats my stuff" Remi points to the man giving him the stink eye.



Weiss grand stadium

The stadium was much bigger than the one Remi was on for the preliminaries, Genevieve was stationed on the right side of the stage while the wrath party was on the left, they were all wearing their culinary uniforms.

"Welcome everyone to the finals! Joining us today as judges are the owner of the company Louis Wiess!, The best chef in the Alphestos kingdom Gamsey Rordin and finally the red Ember guild master Chimamanda!" Fazz shouted.

Chimamanda was wearing her usual red armor but instead was wearing an orange gown with yellow strips, her long hair was braided into multiple strands similar to the ones back on Earth, giving her dark brown skin more appeal.

(Damn why the hell is she here?!) Remi thought to himself knowing she was part of the people who hated him the most in this world.

"Alright contestants you are tasked with creating a meat dish today, begin!" Fazz announced and the crowd went wild.

As the two teams went to work Edward noticed Genevieve splashing red liquid from a bottle on her meat, suspecting something from the start, his whispers something to Valerie and quickly called for a time out "Time out I think our meat isn't completely dead!" He shouted.

"Oh ...... okay, fine contestants back stage you have 10 minutes!" Fazz told them.

Backstage

As the four people entered the room, Valerie pulled out the small bottle the heiress had used from under her skirt.

"Where did you get that?!" Genevieve shouted as she tried to get it back for Val.

However she dodged and gave the bottle to Edward who tasted it and spat out.

"Ed what's this about?" Remi asked but was instead headed the bottle.

"Taste it sir and you'll understand" Edward said with an angry expression.

Remi took the bottle and licked the red sauce, it had a delicious taste like orange jam, meaning to human it was......

"Horrible? What are you doing?! Sabotaging yourself!!!" Remi flared up.

Genevieve remained silent.

"It's spider venom, I knew it you wanted to use us!, You want to go adventuring and become a knight, that's why you planned all this from the start! From the delivery, to the bet!" Edward explained.

"So what!, It's a win win, I get to become an adventurer and you guys get the restaurant and a new team member, you should be thanking me" the blonde girl said in an arrogant tone.

"You don't get it! I swear if you don't put in 100% in this battle I'll quit right now, I want to beat you with everything I have!" Remi yelled with all his might.

"So you really think you can beat me?" Genevieve asked curious.

"No, I Know I can!" Remi clenched his fist as his single horn grew surprising the heiress.

Back to the tourney.

Genevieve wasn't holding back now and was preparing a delicious looking golden brown meat loaf while Remi's group we're making something like purple meat kebabs.

Time's up present your dishes.

Genevieve gave a slice of meatloaf to all the jugdes and spoke, "honey glazed cow beef with a cabbage center!" She said with pride.

"As expected of my daughter 'sniff sniff' I doubt anything can match the texture of this dish" Louis said happily.

"you're truly a fine young woman, at your age I could never be able to get the cabbage center this perfect" Chimamanda said while taking a bite of the cabbage.

"it's all well and good, but I expected more cabbage not just on the center, also I think I found a bone on mine" Gamsey said with a pissed off expression.

(Of course there's bound to be bones in it! It's meat!) Genevieve screamed In her head.

As Remi was bringing his dish he noticed the left side of the crowd was really noisy.

"Go Remi go!!!" His fellow otherworlders were all there cheering, even his heated rival Ali was sitting there

"Show them a dish only our people can know!" Elisa cheered!

'sighhhhh' "Those guys!" Remi gave a irritated expression.

"I present werecow meat kebabs with bone onion seasoning, or like my people would call it SUYA!!!" Remi shouted and Edward and Valerie did as well.

As all the jugdes tasted it, the very flavor of it ensnared them and like a feeling of getting their clothes shredded off, ecstacy flooded their bodies.

"It can't be! A demon can't cook!" Gamsey said red faced.

"Noooooooo," Louis was balling his eyes out.

"I've had better" Chimamanda said holding her kebab stick like a knife.

The voting commenced and to everyone surprised once again both Gamsey and Louis(I'm sorry deary) voted for Remi while Chimamanda voted for Genevieve.

(Figures, her hate for me runs deep) Remi said with sweat dripped off his face.

"Incredible!!!!!! Folks!!!! We've just witnessed the upset of the year the hated demon of wrath won the Weiss cooking tournament!!!! Unbelievable!!!!" Fazz Announced with vigour.

"Yeahhhhhh!" Edward yelled as he hugged Valerie who was in tears from all the onions she peeled.

The crowd had mixed feeling but the otherworlders were shouting.

"Oh yahhhh!!!", You better make these for us later!" Ali and the group shouted.

Remi shouted at them to keep quiet as Genevieve drew closer to him.

"Ummm, you might not believe me but, that was my full strength, and you beat it, but next time for sure it won't be easy!" She said pouting.

"Whatever, just get your things ready, and make sure my restaurant is a good one! We'll be leaving soon" Remi turned around.

Genevieve's cheeks flushed as she began smiling deviously "Could it be that you can't even wait to live with a beauty like me?" she put a hand on her chest.

"Shut up!" Remi yelled at her but almost immediately he's body was suspended in the air "what the hell?!" .

" 'Munch munch munch', I never thought I'd see anyone make suya in this world, I'll trade you this demon for one of ours" Ounje the demon of gluttony had captured remind her air palm and was holding Argus as well.

"I'll admit he did a pretty good job, but I could cook circles around him if I wanted buhahaha" Argus said ignoring the fact Ounje was treating him like a trading card.

"Oh yes, we'll take that trade!" Chimamanda yelled from the podium.

"No ! sir Remi!" Edward ran towards his floating friend jumping to bring him down with Valerie clinging to his back.

"This isn't funny anymore!!!" Remi shouted as he started to feel sick from the mid air suspension.

Genevieve laughed at the scene and smiled (this is just the start, Mom, I'm one step closer).

With that the Wrath party increases but what's Genevieve true motivation, find out next time!
