I Want Them All! Will They Learn To Share?

Chapter Eight

Jace returns a couple minutes later with a large bowl of popcorn that everyone grabs a handful from, before he offers it to me. I shake my head no and he shrugs before taking a seat on the floor in front of Adalina. Adalina rubs her hand on the back of Jace’s head as she shoots me an evil glare.

Several minutes go by with nothing but the sound of screams and chainsaws from the movie, leaving me alone with my thoughts. I can’t help but stare at Adalina, she has the most beautiful body I have ever seen. From her beautiful blonde hair to her perfect hips and thighs. Everything about her just drives me crazy and she doesn’t even know it.

I watch as Spencer slowly rubs his hand up Adalina’s leg, taking it slowly from her feet to her thigh. If it was up to me, I would cut his f*****g hand off for touching her, but Adalina seems to be enjoying it. His hand moves slowly to the back of her upper thigh, and I have no doubt his hand is on her ass. f**k I can’t stand this. Everyone gets to do whatever they want, and I don’t even get to sit near her.

The music on the movie changed to that obvious something is about to happen music, and Adalina covers her eyes with her hands. Something she has always done ever since she was little. She has a very love hate relationship with scary movies, she loves to watch but she is a super jumpy person. I watch as she spreads her fingers just enough to peak at the screen, waiting for something or someone to jump out or something.

Tyler and Spencer share a up to no good look with each other. They are definitely planning something. A few moments pass and then they make their move. Grabbing Adalina they both yell, making Adalina scream and almost jump off the couch. Jace jumps and popcorn flings across the floor, making me chuckle.

“I hate you guys, you know I hate when you guys do that crap!” Adalina screams, smacking Tylers leg. Tyler and Spencer burst out laughing making Adalina even angrier.

“Why didn’t you warn me?” Adalina smacks the back of Jace’s head making him flinch.

“Warn you? They didn’t even warn me! You guys scared the hell out of me! f*****g popcorn went everywhere!” Jace motions towards the popcorn scattered across the living room floor.

Tyler and Spencer laugh even harder, and Adalina giggles. “I still hate you guys; you are so mean to me.”

“Mean to you?” Spencer asks, laughing. “That wasn’t mean, I will show you mean.” He grabs Adalina’s foot and starts tickling her.

“No, no, no stop.” Adalina says giggling and squirming, trying to pull her foot back,

“Oh no baby, you’re not getting away from me!” Spencer says, tickling her harder.

“Jace, Tyler help me please, make him stop.” She begs, pushing out her lower lip.

“Okay!” They both say in unison, before joining in on the fun. Tyler starts at her neck, making her squeal. Jace tickles her sides.

“Guys stop please, I’m going to pee.” Adalina giggles trying to get away from them. They don’t stop, if anything they get wilder.

Adalina makes eye contact with me, giving me a desperate look. “Austin please, help me. I am seriously going to pee myself.”

Now she wants my help. Since everyone else isn’t listening she wants me to rescue her from them. I should be a d**k and ignore her the way she has been ignoring and avoiding me since I’ve been home. But I can’t, especially not with her giving me that pouty desperate look, that somehow makes her look even more beautiful.

I take a deep breath before standing up and heading towards the couch. Jace is still in the floor blocking Adalina from standing up and running away on her own, so I go behind the couch and scoop her up bridal style making her squeal and wrap her hands tightly around my neck.

Her skin feels soft against my calloused hands and honestly, I think I could hold her like this forever.

“Dude so not cool, that is totally cheating. You should have helped us torture her, not rescue her.” Tyler says laughing as I carry Adalina out of the room, towards the stairs. Adalina laughs, looking up at me with those gorgeous green eyes, and honestly it is taking everything in me not to just kiss her right now.

“You can put me down now; I just needed your help getting away from them.” Adalina says loosening her grip a little from my neck.

“What kind of hero would I be if I didn’t take you all the way to a safe place?” I ask with a smirk. Adalina rolls her eyes but doesn’t say anything else.

Ignoring the protests from the guys, I chuckle and carry Adalina up the stairs and to her bedroom. Adalina twists the doorknob and pushes the door open. I walk towards her queen size bed and gently set her down on the bed, reluctantly letting go of her.

“You didn’t have to carry me all the way up the stairs, I could have walked.” Adalina laughs.

Sitting on the edge of the bed I smile and chuckle a little. “I wanted to make sure you didn’t run away from me this time. I’ve been trying to talk to you since I got home, but you just cry, avoid and ignore me. I was so excited to come home, I have missed you so much. The last three years have been awful. You didn’t respond to emails, texts, phone calls, video chats, or anything else that I tried.”

Adalina’s smile disappears, but I don’t stop. “Adalina listen, I never meant to hurt you three years ago, I have regretted saying no ever since that night on your birthday. Seeing you standing there that night in your bra and panties is an image that hasn’t left my mind since then. Not a day goes by when I don’t think about how beautiful and sexy you looked that night.”

Adalina’s brows knit together, and she asks, “You really thought I looked sexy?”

“Oh my god, are you serious? Yes, you looked so f*****g sexy, and you still do. My d**k was so hard I thought it was going to rip a hole in my jeans. I had to adjust myself before I could go downstairs.”

“Then why didn’t you just take my virginity? I had been dreaming of that moment for years, and I never once thought you would reject me. I always thought you liked me as much as I liked you.”

I take a deep breath and grab Adalina’s hand rubbing the back of her hand gently with my thumb. “Your virginity is something special Adalina, it’s not something you just give to anyone. I was leaving the next day to go back to work, and I didn’t want to have s*x with you and disappear. Losing your virginity is a big deal, especially at fifteen. I just couldn’t do that to you, no matter how

badly I wanted to.”

Adalina looks at me, and I can see the moisture building in the corner of her eyes. “Why didn’t you just say that then? Why did you have to be such a d**k to me that night? I thought my body grossed you out, that I was to fat, and too big to be with a guy like you.”

“No, no, no you are not fat, or big and your body is not nasty. I promise you, you are perfect, every single thing about you is perfect.”

Adalina sniffles quietly “I wish I had known that three years ago.”

“I know, I am so sorry, please forgive me.”

“I forgive you.” Adalina says, giving me a small smile.

“Can I have a hug?” I ask cautiously.
