Chapter Five

Every night for the past couple of nights I wait for Zarakai and Austin to go to sleep, then I sneak to Jace’s room. He welcomes me with open arms. Jace has also been giving me the best orgasms of my life, which I’m not complaining about that. I have never slept so good.

He still won’t let me give him a release though and honestly, I’m kind of disappointed about it. Jace gets super turned on, so I don’t see why he won’t just let me take care of him. He just keeps telling me when the time is right, we can take that next step. I just roll my eyes at him, kiss him and let him hold me until we pass out in each other’s arms.

Jace wakes me up early enough that I can sneak back to my room before Zarakai wakes up and sees I’m not in my room. Austin looks at me suspiciously when I come back to the room, but he has been smart enough to keep his damn mouth shut about it. I told him the one time he asked that I was sleeping on the couch, and he hasn’t asked again since. Which I am happy about that.

After stepping out of the shower, I wrap the towel around me and step into my bedroom. Austin for whatever reason is still laying on the damn bed. Doesn’t he have something better to do. “Mmmm.” He groans, making me stop and glare at him.

“What?” He asks feigning innocence.

“Stop staring at me.” I snap and turn to my closet. Pulling out a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Stepping into my closet I close the door the majority of the way to get away from Austin’s curious gaze.

“Adalina, can you come downstairs?” Zarakai yells from the kitchen.

“Uh oh. Someone’s in trouble.” Austin says with a smirk.

Seriously can he be anymore childish. Rolling my eyes at him, I make my way downstairs. I wonder what Zarakai wants this early in the morning. Making my way into the kitchen I see Zarakai standing at the counter with his back to me drinking his coffee, and Jace is sitting at the kitchen table. The second he sees me he winks, and I feel heat rush to my core.

“Good morning, guys.” I say with a big smile. Zarakai turns to smile at me.

“Good morning baby sis.” Zarakai says before coming over to pull me into a hug. He will be leaving for Florida soon to go work at some super fancy Cancer Hospital and it is making him extra lovey.

Zarakai pulls away from the hug and looks at me with a serious expression that I rarely see. I wonder what’s going on. “What’s wrong Zarakai?” I ask concerned.

“Nothing is wrong. I just I am going to miss you.” Zarakai laughs softly.

Miss me? He’s not supposed to leave for another week. Is he going to be like this everyday until then? “You’re being weird.” I say laughing.

“I have to leave tomorrow morning for the day, but I will be back the morning after that. I have to go get my apartment paperwork done.” Zarakai says with a frown.

“Well, I will still get to see you for a few days before you have to move to Florida, right?” I ask trying to turn his frown upside down.

“Yeah.” Zarakai says with a forced smile.

“How about we spend the day together?” I suggest. Brother, sister dates are something we used to do all the time when I was younger.

Zarakai’s eyes light up and he smiles widely. “That sounds amazing.”

“Great I will grab my coat, and I will be ready to go.” I say smiling at him and giving Jace a quick hug before running out of the kitchen.

The day went by fast, faster than I would have liked. It had been a long time since Zarakai and I got to spend any alone time together. Between my school, and him going back to school to finish his doctor degree we haven’t really seen much of each other. Now he is going to be leaving for Florida soon and I hate to admit it, but I am going to miss him.

We spent the day laughing and shopping. He took me to see some new action movie, but we ended up making fun of it more than actually watching it. The graphics sucked so bad, I’m not even sure how the movie made it to a theatre. We ended our day at a fancy restaurant, and on the way home we stopped for an ice cream cone like we used to do everyday after school.

The day was exhausting but fun. By the time we made it home, everyone was already sleeping. Zarakai and I sat up a little while longer talking, before we said our good nights. Austin was asleep luckily, so I didn’t have to deal with his crap. When I snuck into Jace’s room he was asleep already.

Part of me thought about turning around and going back to my bedroom, but the thought of having to sleep next to Austin made me sick to my stomach. So instead, I slowly climbed into bed next to Jace. The second I laid down next to him, he wrapped his strong arms around me, and I was enveloped in his masculine scent. Even in his sleep he likes to cuddle. Smiling to myself I snuggled closer to his body and let myself fall asleep.

-Austin's POV-

Zarakai left early this morning, he will be back tomorrow morning, but he still told all of us guys to take care of his baby sister. It’s amazing to me how overly protective he can be, even though Adalina is going to be nineteen soon. She even made sure to remind him of that, he told her he didn’t care how old she was.

Since everyone will be working today, Zarakai is gone for the day and Adalina is done with school she should be home all day. Waiting for everyone to leave so I can be alone with Adalina was making me anxious, so I decided to go for a run. Running has always calmed my nerves.

After running three long miles in the freezing cold, I decide I’ve been gone long enough that everyone should have left already. Running up the stairs to the house I take a few deep breaths to stabilize my breathing before going inside. I’m honestly kind of nervous. I shouldn’t be, it’s just Adalina but I don’t know how to make her talk to me.

“Adalina are you here? I want to talk to you?” No answer. “Helllloooo?” I hear someone talking but I can’t make out who it is. Heading to the living room I listen closely. As I pass through the large hallway, I hear Jace’s voice, stopping at the doorway, I listen for a second.

“I can’t wait to make you c*m again baby.” Jace says. Jace has a lady over? I smirk. I wonder what kind of woman is stupid enough to fall for his dumbass. I turn the corner to see who he is talking too. I can’t believe what I’m seeing. My fists clinch at my side as I watch him grab Adalina’s hand and pull her closer to him. What the hell does he mean again? How long have they been f*****g around with each other?

“Oh yeah?” Adalina asks, as her lips turn up in a devilish smile. I watch as she slowly straddles his lap on the couch. I feel like punching a wall or better yet Jace’s face.

“Oh yeah!” Jace says as he puts both hands on her ass and gently rocks her hips against his crotch. Adalina lets out a soft moan as she leans in to kiss Jace, before their lips can touch, I clear my throat loudly making Adalina jump. What the f**k is even going on here? “Do I need to give you guys some time to finish or is it safe for me to watch some TV?”
