If I count the days properly, it's been fairly 3 days since the last time I heard from Klaus or Rose. After that day, he threw me disgusting glances and tried to disgrace me in front of my subjects, but I ignored every one of his taunts which only got him more angry.
Each day, I could feel the mate bond get weaker and weaker, but I tried to act like it didn't concern me. Yesterday was the worst, it was almost as if the mate bond was disappearing and we were getting disconnected. I didn't really know how to explain how I felt, but it felt like I was passing out.
