Just like I had sworn, I was at home for the past 4, just doing nothing but resting and reeling in the comfort of doing nothing. Aside from that, I was trying to remain sane.
For the last few days, the mate bond between me and Rose grew impossibly strong and I questioned how that was even possible since we hadn't shared any intimate moments, not in the past or for the past few days.
Kale's voice was all I heard all day long in my head, trying to get me out of my room and also get me to go closer to Rose.
