The Unheard Truth

Chapter 7

    Instead of running out the front and bringing attention to herself she went around the back and slipped through a door Anthony had showed her for getting in and out without being seen. Only a few people knew about it and Anthony wanted it to stay that way. When she was outside she snuck to the far side of the Hospital and ran for the forest. when she as safely in the woods she allowed all her senses to come in and sorted out the woods from the man she was looking for. AS she guessed he was close. Quietly she followed his scent until he was a good few meters away from her and she could safely watch him without him finding her. 

    There he was, this time he was in human form. He had light brow hair with brown eyes. He looked pretty average to her but she knew he wasn't average. He had tan skin and looked like he was ready blow a gasket. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!" he yelled at a woman standing next to him. She couldn't see her face but Janice had an idea of who it was. 

    "Do not yell at me." Catherine said, her hands were on her hips and she was looking pissed off. "I have been waiting and you are doing nothing, everyday she gets closer and closer to him and I'm done waiting!" 

    "Do you really want to try to get between them when we are not ready?!" He threatened back "Do you want to loose your chance with him? If we can get the witches to get close enough they can wipe their memories and we can get what we want." He said pointing a finger at her "If yo keep trying to get in my way I will kill you myself." 

    Janice's body was shaking really badly when she heard what they were saying, and was about to get up and run away when she hear Cathrines voice get louder. "WHOSE THERE!" Catherine yelled. Janice new she had been made, it was only because the wind shifted how it was blowing and she didn't pay attention to it. Not giving them a chance to find out she was the one listening in on them, Janice jumped up and started running in the opposite direction. She could hear them behind her and she started to run in different directions. She made it to a river jumped in and dashed into a thick set of bushes and laid still.

    It didn't take long before there were two different set of foot steps coming up on the area she was in. "f**k!" The man yelled "I know this scent I've smelt it before." He sounded mad and Janice did not want to find out what he was capable of.

    "Its that Mutt!" Cathrine said, her voice holding a lot of contempt. "She couldn't have gotten far, if I know that mutt she's hiding close." Janice could hear her moving around swatting around in bushes. She prayed they wouldn't find her. "Come on MUTT, " Catherine yelled "I know you can hear me!" 

     Janice tried to flatten herself as much as she could. She could not risk getting found. "You sure its her?" The man asked, he sounded mad and scared, why was he sounding scared.

    "I would know that little mutts smell anywhere." Cathrine answered "I was almost able to get rid of her when I was still good with the pack, but I got kicked out before I could kill her myself." Janice knew she didn't like her but she didn't realize Cathrine wanted to kill her.

    "Well we need to find her and finish what you had started." he said "We can't let her find out what had happened to her sister other words we both will killed." Janice's ears perked up a little. Her older sister had found her mate, but was murdered. She never knew exactly what had happened to her, she just knew that she was murdered. Janice had been given different ideas of what had happened but she was never given the full truth of it all. Now she really wanted to know what he was up to, especially if he knew what had happened to her sister. 

    "She doesn't even know you were her sisters mate and she never will," Catherine said sneering at him. She sounded frustrated when all the bushes she had hit did not gave anyone scurry out of them, including the bushes that she was currently hiding in. "She's not here, Lets get back to the hospital and try to cut her off before she is able to warn Alpha Anthony about us." Janice could hear Catherine shift and started to run away, but knew better than to leave the bush.

    "I know your still here, little mutt." The man whispered "I know you know a little bit of our plans now and I will not allow you to ruin this for me. You will not be able to make it back to the hospital in time, I can promise that." Next thing Janice knew a wolf jumped into her bush and started to attack her.
