Anna's POV “My answer is no,” I say to Dylan, turning on my heels before he can say anything else. “Anna, wait!” he calls after me. Before I can walk away, he catches up and grabs my hand. His touch is warm, hesitant, like he’s trying to anchor me in place. “Did I do something wrong?” he asks, his voice low, worried. I yank my hand out of his grasp without hesitation.
