Chapter 8 : "The Royal Crescent"

The Yellowcape Town - The hundred years conflict between the Estian Kingdom and The Maslih Kingdom has led to an inevitable outcome 27 years ago. A huge battle took place and both kingdoms was severely devastated, but one man stood up and had put an end to the battle of both kingdoms before it's downfall. After this the two kingdoms agreed for a peace treaty. Aiming for the betterment of the future of their kingdoms and for their people and also to regain both of their losses in such chaotic events. As a symbol of a great start towards the peace treaty both kingdoms had joint forces to built a town near the northern boarders of both Estian Kingdom and the Maslish Kingdom. A town they called "Yellowcape". The town where the people of both kingdoms can socialize with each others. And later on became the center of trade and the reason of the economic recovery of both kingdoms.

A day after in the Maslih Kingdom, the Royal Crescent arrived and they directly go to the meeting hall to meet the king and the general. But the only person that the Royal Crescent met as they arrived is only the general, the general welcomed them and immediately spoke to them.

"We received your message three days ago commander" General Kufrih is talking to the Commander of the royal crescent, Commander Mina Nightshade, the general handed the information's to the commander.

"Here it is commander" the general said, the commander read out loud the information's and the details about the event on the Yellowcape, the mood of the individuals present in the meeting hall changes, as they can't believed on what they are hearing.

"So that is what really happened!? How could this be true!?" the commander can't believed, full of doubts and questions the princess commander asked and continue to speak.

"We know the law, the treaty, we have our words... If you come to think of it, the Maslih soldiers who where involved, has no identity neither registered to our army! It is clear that this is a set up!" "And one more thing, to sum it up, you found the involved soldiers on the far woods of the Yellowcape Town, Dead!" the commander stated.

"If this is a set up, it might be the Estians them selves"

"Yes, To gain the sympathy of their people, and other villagers and towns"

"And also to have a huge reason to destroy us!"

"Or maybe the bandits! to cause conflicts between the two kingdoms!"

"Yes for them to easily humiliate or raid one of the two kingdoms, once we are weakened!"

"Who ever the one behind this, really knows how to play with".

As the royal crescent and the general are discussing about the things that might be the possible reason, and who might be the one behind this actions, they heard a familiar voice;

"You are all right! who ever the one behind this actions really knows how to play and cause chaos between the two kingdoms, it might be the Estians them selves or might be the bandits also, who ever it is, we will make sure that they will never succeed on their plans anymore" the voice of a familiar person that was heard was the voice of the King of the Maslih Kingdom, King Muhnir Nightshade, he just came in to the meeting hall and heard the conversations between the royal crescent and the general.

"Father! I am glad to see you!" the commander of the royal crescent, the princess greeted her father, she was glad to see him.

"Welcome back my dear, I was not around when you guys arrived, because I need to accompanied your mother" with a smiling face the king then replied to the greetings of his daughter. The king then continue to speak;

"By the way! you guys did a great job! very well done!" with a joyful tone of voice the king comment the successful mission that the royal crescent had done.

"I never regret that day when I established this group of young and talented warriors, many had doubted me, because you guys are young and mostly composed of woman... But your skills and talents proved them wrong!" the king said, as he continues to comment and being so much proud to what the royal crescent had accomplished through out the time. The royal crescent is composed by five woman warriors and two male warriors, each of them has a unique battle techniques and styles and are specialize on their own signature weapons. The king then continue to speak;

"The beginning of the new era of warriors! with proud and honor, I the King of the Maslih Kingdom is happy that you came home safe and successful on conducting the mission I gave you!" the king then with full of pride and a tone of happy voice said. Despite of the bad things and unacceptable happenings, the king remains positive and strong. As he continue to speak with the royal crescent a voice of a male soldier who just came in to the meeting hall was heard saying;

"My King! Pardon me on interrupting your conversation, I just need to report to you, that the Wing Commanders are already on the chamber, they are all waiting for you". The king then stopped talking the moment he heard the report, as he turn his back he smiled and said;

"Okay! for now that's all, I'll be seeing you guys later, we will have a lot of things to talk about, for now I'll be having a meeting with the Wing Commanders, so take a moment and see you all later". the royal crescent is happy because of the comments that they received, they are now more determined to fulfill any task or mission that the king will give them.

A while later on the woods where the bandits are camping.

*thud thud...* *foot steps* *grass noises* A man is walking and heading to a group of person resting on the middle of the woods.

"It is father" De'Wa said to his group.

"Father you are here." Rence then said.

"Where is 'E'?" Alexor, the leader of the bandits and the father of 'E' and Rence then asked the group.

"He is now resting father" De'Wa then replied to Alexor.

'E' is sleeping inside a hut, his wounds where already been treated and he is now recovering.
