Chapter 20 : "The Mother"

The King and the General are on a far distance watching the training that is going on. They are seeing the dedication and will that the new recruits are showing, to pass the training and to become a soldier and to be part of the Maslih Army.
"Looks like the words of the Commander are very much effective. Look at them general, their will and dedication on the training is incredible, all of them wants to pass this training"
"Yes my king, no doubt, the princess delivered those words into their hearts, and awaken their spirit" the general replied.
As they continue to watch the training of the new recruits, a woman is walking towards where the king and the general are standing, from behind the woman approaches the king. The woman poked the king's back. The king then turns around and he saw a familiar face.
"My Queen!" the king happily said this as he greeted her wife, the Queen. The Queen of the Maslih Kingdom, Haifa Nightshade, She is a pretty lady, a middle tall woman, her hair is black and it is very well tied. The Queen approaches the king when she saw him on a distance while the king is focusing on watching the training that is happening. The Queen is always being escorted by two female soldiers and two attendants that comes with her all the time, to protect her and to take orders from her. The General also greeted the Queen in a very solemn voice as he salute.
"Seems like you are very busy?"
"Hehe, I am watching our daughter train the new recruits"
"I can see in your eyes how much of a proud father you are"
"I am, as always"
"But please don't always put her into danger"
"She can always manage to protect her self my queen"
"Yes I know, but for me she is still a young girl and those dangerous task that you are giving her gave me worries"
"Pardon me for letting our young girl do what makes her happy. I must be the one to blame, because I raise and inspired her to be a soldier"
"That's her passion, the passion to serve her people just like you"
"*smiled* By the way my queen, seems like you are looking for someone?"
"Yes, I was looking for our young baby and for our grown man"
"Had you been into the plaza? or at the park? they might just be playing around"
"Haven't been there yet, I was looking for them because it is time for bath"
"I can order general to go and look for them"
"No no no.. We can do that, you just stay here and keep being a proud father okay?"
"Yes my queen *smiled*"
"Please don't let my young girl get hurt and very tired"
"Of course my queen"
"I'll be going now"
"Take care my queen"
The queen then continue her track on finding her two children.
On the park where the children can play around and have fun. There are only two child there who are playing some rocks and sands while talking to each other.
"I heard that sister is having her training again"
"She always did, what's new with that?"
"You are always salty towards her, *bleeh*"
"That is not the point"
"Blah blah.. Hey brother! I guess mom is already looking for us now"
"And I will tell mom that you force me to play with you here, instead of taking you to go take a bath"
"Naaah!? well its true but, I will deny it hahaha *laughed*"
"Spoiled child!"
"Look who is talking!?"
"Nope I am not a spoiled child like you"
"Yes you are!"
"No, because I can't have what I am always telling father want I want"
"Brother... *caring voice* you know that they are just worried about your well being. You can't be a soldier, it will stress you up. You know that you have a disease on your lungs. And it will be a burden for you to train and fight."
The little girl then sit right beside her brother and hold his hands.
"We know how much you want to serve this kingdom, you want to protect it and you want to be part of its great army. You can still do it in a different way"
"I know, but sometimes I just can't avoid to question my self and..."
Before the boy finish his sentence the girl speak up;
"no, not, pssshh..., you know that we will always love you because we are family! Mother loves you so much, father always care for you! and our sister is doing her duty to protect us! and me, and you also, we have our different duty."
"Thank you for always cheering me up sister"
"That is what siblings do! Protect and love each other!"
"Yes you are right"
"I am always right brother! Haha!"
"Haha!"
The two laughed after the conversation. As they continue to play a familiar voice was heard calling out their names;
"Fisa! Irkhan!" Where are you my children!"
The two heard the voice of their mother calling them out.
"That is mom, lets go sister, we need to go to her"
"Okay brother"
The two then walked towards where the voice came from. Right at the moment they saw their mother and they directly approached her.
"Mom!" Fisa shouted. As they walked towards their mother.
"There you are, where had you been?" the mother asked. The mother of the two children is the queen of Maslih Kingdom.
"Mother, we just played on the park" the boy said.
"Didn't I told you to fetch your sister and bring her to me so she can take her bath?"
"Mom! I force brother to play with me on the park before going to the bath *smiled*" Fisa then hugged her mother.
"Ow I see. Okay now let's go back" the queen then stated. They are now going back to the castle.
Fisa then smiled at her brother, Irkahn then smiled back.
Fisa is the youngest child of King Muhnir and Queen Haifa. She is a very talented girl, his academics are outstanding. She is a twelve years old young girl that loves her family so much. She has a black hair like her mother and she is a cute looking girl.
Irkhan is the second child of King Muhnir and Queen Haifa. He is just a simple teenage boy, he has a lung disease that stops him to become a soldier. But he loves to read books and he is also good in academics and focusing now on studying medicine. He is a nineteen years old boy with a black hair.
The two are the sister and brother of the Royal Crescent Commander Mina Nightshade. They are siblings, and they have their very own unique talents and skills.
