"Morning is the best time of the day", Cassandra exclaimed. The waves of the Valencia beach and the soft wind breeze can be heard in the background while the fours sisters sip their morning tea underneath the apple tree in their garden. "Night time is the best time. You can stare at the moon's relaxing glow all night long. Try doing that with the sun, Cass", Georgina replied. Stella and Ramona snickering at their sister Cassandra. "I think 3pm is the best time since that's when daddy arrives", Stella intervened. After a few minutes, a gray haired lady with a British accent called at them asking them to come inside. "Ladies, please come in and head to your study room. Your tutors have arrived", said their nanny Mrs. Whittaker. Mr. Devonchiego travels five to six times every week because of work. Mr. Devonchiego is a very industrious businessman. He has stocks in many different companies around the world. His stocks encompasses agriculture, trade, medicine, and construction. Everytime he comes home, he brings his girls a gift from the country he has been. He knows his girls very well. Georgina, the eldest, is a very sporty girl. She enjoys polo, swimming, and badminton. Cassandra, born a year after Georgina, loves fashion. She is very fond of dresses, shoes, and bags. The third child, Ramona, is the most artistic. She spends her time painting, drawing, and carving on clay pots. The youngest among the four girls, Stella, loves performing. She dances ballet since she was three years old. She also plays the piano and the violin. Stella is the closest to their father because she did not have a chance to meet their mother, Sofia. Sofia passed away due to a heart complication after giving birth to Stella. After Sofia's death, Mr. Devonchiego never remarried and instead focused on his business and his four daughters. Stella's cellphone alarm ringed. The four girls ran to the main door of the mansion and welcomed their father. Cassandra leered at the big box that the driver brought it. "Would you like to know what I got you girls from China?", Mr. Devonchiego asked. "Yes daddy! I hope it's a pair of shoes with beautiful Chinese design", Cassandra exclaimed. Mr. Devonchiego opened the big box and inside are four smaller boxes with the girls' initials written in cursive on each box. The girls open their boxes altogether. Inside each box is a single teacup with a flower printed on it. Georgina's teacup is designed with a lily, a rose fo Cassandra, a tulip for Ramona, and a carnation for Stella. Georgina, Cassandra and Ramona looked confused as to why their father gave them a teacup when there are tons of teacups in the mansion. On tge otherhand, Stella hugged her father and whispered thank you. "I'll put this in the glass cabinet together with my porcelain dolls", said Cassandra. Georgina and Ramona gave their teacups to Cassandra too for safekeeping. Stella held on to her teacup and headed to her room to play with it. The night dawned and the girls washed together in the biggest bathroom in the mansion. "I hope daddy brings home a better gift next time", Cassandra says. "Well, his next trip will be three days from today so expect a new gift soon", Ramona answers. Stella, not mindful of their conversation was busy brushing her teeth and seems to be occupied with something else. "Ladies, it's already your bedtime please head back to your bedrooms now", Mrs. Whittaker's voice called.
