It’s been a month, and I am finally finished with the mission my commander sent me on. I had no choice but to come clean about what was going on. I need to be there for Rebel. And because this concerns the cartel, he agreed to give me a leave of absence to do some investigating.
I have access to our team if needed, but he asked me to do as much as I can under the radar. He also agreed to keep the cartel’s name off the books in case commander James gets wind of it.
