"Mom, can i go get my hair and nails done for tonight?" Nina asked. "What are you going to do with your long hair?" Mom asked. "Mom I want bangs and I want it Braide and put in a bun on my head and i want a tiara". Nina Stated. "Mom what does my dress look like?" Nina asked. "Black hater top with Diamonds with a flowing rainbow colored bottom with red, orange, yellow, green, light blue and dark blue puffy bottom." Mom answered. "With Black open toe gold mesh from the heel to toe and 1/2 inch wedge on the front and 4 1/2 inch heel and for your jewelry your going to wear one of your grandmother favorite pieces that she own its her black gunmetal with angel wings love heart and a red tiger eye which means confidence, strength, insight."

Nina, Izzy says," I wanted to tell you how amazing that all sounds and also let you know that we have a gift that has been passed down in your family do you remember the dream you had of your birthday party and the dress you chose you wore that in your dream and it was gorgeous and you looked amazing in it do you remember the dream," "OMG, yes I do and your right so we have the what gift of knowing some of the future but what it only works in a dream?" "Nina, Izzy says, Do you ever get bad feelings about people maybe like you should not be around them but don't know why?" Yes! Nina exclaims, well that's is one of those warnings start listening to them and I will help." "Mom, Izzy says we have a gift of being able to see things before they happen but we cant control it and that our family has all had it why did you not tell me about it?" So Nina and June her mom go to the pack salon and see that they aren't the only ones who wanted to get dolled up for the party all of Ninas friends are there. They start talking about how they are going to do their hair and nails and its so hot in there with the dryers going off that Nina starts to get to hot and her alarm starts going off it sounds like a fire siren and that means she's low her mom is talking to the other moms and her friends start asking her where her low sugar stuff is and she cant find it and she starts getting dizzy and she starts slurring her speech Jordie runs to June and tells her Nina needs sugar. June goes to the machine and gets her a coke and grabs a candy bar and breaks off a little piece and has Nina eat it and drink it. Nina says "Thank you Jordie and guys that was close they tell Nina its fine and when her sugar goes back to normal she tells them about her dress and that she's doing her nails in rainbow to match the dress."

The party starts at 5pm with dinner at 5pm sharp its a sit down dinner with all of Nina's favorite foods: Shrimp, French Fries, Chicken nuggets, Fried Chicken, Roast, Mashed potatoes, carrots, and Birthday cake, and Cookies that is the pack menu for Ninas party unfortunately Nina is a very picky eater even with her T1D its sometimes hard to get her to eat the way she should. ⦁ Mashed potatoes !/2 cup is 22g carbs

⦁ carrots baby 7g carbs

⦁ birthday cake 1 slice is 15.8g carbs

⦁ cookies well that depends on the cookie

Crayons 44g carbs

Roses 3.g carbs

Mud 4g carbs

Sand is 0g carbs

Dog food between 46 and 74g of carbs

Boogers are 0g carbs

Yes, someone had to look those up. So back to the Party. As Nina adds all her carbs for eating she notices that her sugar is not reading on her Dexcom and has to finger poke its 423 and she is not feeling any effects which is sometimes normal so she enters first her carbs that she is eating including the cake and then she enters the Blood Sugar number(BS) and hits confirm then confirm then start. So when dinner was done. "Hey Nina do you want to dance?" Z asked. Nina replied "Z I would love to." so they dance to Paradise by the Dashboard lights Ninas favorite song and when she was little she got to meet the singer Meatloaf before he died. Avery 1, Avery 2, Jor and Del came out on the dance floor along with Brant. Wes. Ryd. They were all out there dancing and talking about how they thought Nina was lucky that in 6 months she would find her mate. "Nina I cant wait to see who your mate is how is that going to work if your mate is still not 18 will they still be able to tell your their mate or are you going to be the only one of you two to know until their birthday?" Z asked. "I don't know." So Nina and her friends danced the night away and Nina had the best birthday ever tomorrow she and her friends made a plan to go to the movies after training tomorrow.
