Shani's POV
I was back at Maven's for a day of summoning demons back to hell. I sighed as I feel the need to get the whole thing over and done with.
"My queen, I've located several and master Rain had discovered the rest..."
I looked up at Maven then scanned the surroundings, and yelp when I saw Rain standing with his book smiling at me.
"Oh my God, I've missed you so f*****g much!!" I hugged him as he lifts me up and squeezes me with his all, his eyes switch as his wolf greeted me. I grinned after kissing his cheek and ruffled his hair.
"Okay...what did I tell you about my hair." He chuckled then let me get back down to my feet.
"Awww... welcome back and I missed you wolfie!" I hugged him one more time before Maven cleared his throat, to remind us that he was present.
