Unyielding Love

Chapter 4

Elena opened her eyes seeing nothing but black. She felt her wrists tied into something as she couldn't remove the thing that's wrapped on her head preventing her from seeing anything. Elena tried to scream but something is placed in her mouth

Elena kept on struggling to remove the rope that's tied to her wrists but it didn't do anything. She sighed and cried until she heard a loud bang near her. She felt that someone sat next to her as she felt the bed shift to the other side. She tried to fight as she felt that the person was touching her head and removed the blindfold. 

She blinked and blinked as she adjusted her sight to her surroundings. The moment her sight was okay, she looked around as she saw dark colored walls and a bed at the center. The person who removed her blindfold has disappeared as she tried to untie her wrists but it was no use

"Stop struggling, because if you managed to remove those you'll still get lost in the forest" said Darren as he smirked at Elena

"Stop shitting me! You couldn't have gone that far!" said Elena as she tried to get off the bed and stand up.

"See for yourself" said Elena as Darren floats from the door frmae towards the large windows. Darren turned his body towards Elena and with a flick of his hand, the large and heavy curtains drifted to the side revealing a vast thick forest in front

"I told you, you couldn't escape me" said Darren as he smirked at the girl in front of her

"Let me go! what do you want from me?!" yelled Elena as she tried to run towards the door but in a blink of an eyes Darren was already blocking her way

"Move! I'm not scared of you!" yelled Elena as Darren's eyes turned crimson Red and slowly Elena felt her feet slowly floating from the floor. She looks at Darren with a pleading look as she was too scared

"What was that? you're not afraid of me?" asked Darren as he mocks Elena's words

"I know your weakness" said Elena as Darren scoffed at her answer making her fall back to the ground

"I'll tell them what you are" said Elena as she tries to threaten Darren but failed miserably

"Before you could open your mouth your head will be thrown at the other side of the room" said Darren as he levitates and turned his back towards Elena and went away but not forgetting to close the door. Elena hugged her knees as she went to the corner of the room, she was crying and crying because she knows that yelling for help is futile

"Help me, someone" Elena muttered as Darren smirked as he made his way to the kitchen but because of his enhanced hearing he heard Elena's sobs making it songs for his ears

"Darren, you're torturing her" said an old lady as she placed a cup of blood in front of Darren as he took a seat 

"I know, but her cries are just so pleasing to the ears" said Darren as he sipped the blood in the glass

"Is that other vampire still bothering you?" asked Darren as he looks at the old Lady

"No, not anymore. You killed him already didn't you?" asked the old lady as Darren smiled as it was true

"Momma,your ancestors has been my parents for a long time. I couldn't risk you getting into trouble. Your words are as absolute as mine in this mansion. You can control them" said Darren as he stood up but this time without floating

"I know, but they're not scared of me" said the old lady

"You're the most important human in this mansion, so make sure to always ingest Vervain okay?" said Darren as He went and hugged the old lady

The Woman he calls Momma has been taking care of him since she was in her 20's. Eversince then she never left the mansion, there were some flings with the animal hunters but all of them turned away when they knew that she's working for Darren. In that place they know that Darren's a vampire but no one dares to utter a word as Darren has Vampires all around the forest.

"You know she'll starve" said the old Lady as Darren smiled and broke the hug

"Alright, you can meet her and also, take care of her if you want" said Darren as he levitates and was about to leave when the Old lady said something

"You're not a  monster, always remember that" said the Old Lady as Darren nodded and went away.

Two days has passed and Elena still refuses to eat thinking that the food may be poisoned. It was when The Old Lady decided to deliver the food to her. The Lady knocked first as it startled Elena. all the vampires that gives her food always needs to make an entry by bangin the door open

"I heard you turned away all the foods" said the Old Lady as Elena looked up to her

"Oh you poor thing, come here" the old lady was about to approach her when she screamed stop

"Stop! Don't come near me!" yelled Elena as she thought that the lady in front of her was also a vampire

"You think I'm a vampire? At this age and this skin?" asked the Lady as Elena seemed to realised that she was telling the truth. Elena lowered her guard as she let the lady approach her

the Lady helped her sit on the bed and took the foods on the tray and placed it in front of her

"Don't worry, this is not poisoned" said the old lady as she took a bite on food on the plte

"See? I made this by the way" said the old lady as Elena took the spoon from her and ate the food quickly as she's starving for days

"You poor girl, the vampires must've been too hard on you" said the lady as she saw bruises on her face and arms

"Gosh, what happened to you dear?" asked the Lady as she couldn't imagine what happened to the girl

"Did they touch you?" asked the Lady as Elena shook her head

"T-they beat me everyday" said Elena as she finished the food and drank the water on the tray before realising her situation. Elena cried on the Lady's arms as she felt too scared to even set foot outside

"H-How are you here? how are you safe?" asked Elena as the Lady smiled at her

"Tell me who dis this to you" said the Lady as Elena tries to remember the guys face

"He-He looks like a gangster. His hair is formed  like afro with green color" said Elena as she hugged the lady in fear just by the thought of it

The Old Lady looked at the broken plates on the floor as she felt pity for Elena. The Lady broke the hug and smiled at Elena. 

"I'm going to get revenge for you" said the Lady as elena shook her head as a no 

"N-No, they're too powerful. they might kill you" said Elena as she disagree with the Lady's decision

"Don't worry, watch me" said the Lady as she stoo up 

"Claire!" yelled the Lady as a vampire appeared upon her. Elena was about to guard the old Lady but the vampire growled at her.

"Enough, I want you to clean all these. Now" said the Old Lady and the vampire nodded and in a blink of an eye the spoiled food and the plates were gone in a second and the room smells fresh

"Now, Javier!" yelled the Old Lady as the man with an afro came and elena trembled in fear as she saw the guy appearing out of nowhere. the Guy smirked at her and licked his lips. Elena cried silently and the Old Lady noticed her fear towards Javier. The Old Lady wasted no time and slpped the vampire across the face. Javier was about to attack her when the lady glared at him making him lower his head

"Menro!" yelled the old lady and Javier was tossed to the side like a piece of paper when Menro appeared out of nowhere

"You called My Lady" said Menro as he looks at the Old Lady

"Take this vampire to the gates. Let him burn" said The Old Lady as Javier grew scared and was about to run for his life when Menro did a gripping gesture and Javier stopped his tracks and as he was being stranggled by the air as he struggles to get out of the grip.

"as you wish" said Menro and the next thing they knew, Elena's looking at a burning vampire at the gates of the mansion

"When I'm around no one will hurt you" said the Old Lady as she hugged Elena and let her cry in her embrace
