Rip:     It feels a lot like I had never done anything bad to them. Like I hadn't tainted the image of the little girl they had grown up with. Or like they're turning a blind eye to it. When Mikhail began to present Ezra to the pack their eyes would light up for her. I had expected that, but I hadn't expected the same reaction for myself. I can't fight the smile that decorates my face when the pups all want to show me their shift.     Ezra is a little shocked, but I can't help but feel the pride growing in me. They are beautiful. I had missed so much of my pack. Girls that had gone to school with me are mostly mated and have two or three kids. They are great contributors to the pack.
