Entering a high-rise building through a gigantic glass door, a humongous elegant chandelier will instantly catch your eye, and its earthly neutral color scheme gives off a fresh and positive vibe. The receptionists are all pleasant and sophisticated looking in their uniform as well, yet they seemed to be as warm and bright as the interiors of the building.

It's a brand new start after all.

"Anyway, as you know, this department is new, but it has become very busy since it was established, and there were only a few of us here as pioneers of this unit, so might as well consider yourselves as one," says Lea Derio, the pretty executive secretary, as she welcomed the new hires in their unit.

It's a multi-level company that owns a few well know luxury hotels all over the states; they also develop some high-end machinery and technologies all over the world; and not that I say they are greedy, but now, they have established their own media department, which will handle all their media, advertising and events.

Lea led the group to the elevator and pressed the basement button. The new office unit is all the way down, but the mood lightings and the light wood decors made it look cozy and still elegant, and If not because of the lack of windows in the area you wouldn't even feel that it's the basement after all.

"Alright, we're here!" as Lea opened the door to the unit, it was small but nice, there were about 15 people in total inside busy with their stuff.

"Ehem!" she clears her throat, "Guys, attention please! I'd like you to meet our newly hired production assistants"

As soon as they heard her, their attention was soon all on us.

"Okay, now go ahead introduce yourselves"

One by one, the newbies spoke and introduce themselves.

And lastly,

"Hi everyone, I'm Sasha Gray, and I'm looking forward to work with all of you, I hope we get along well" Sasha flashes a sweet smile making other guys elbow each other. There's no denying, she is an eye-catcher, she's tall with a model-like figure, there's something about her that is unique, charming, and definitely beautiful.

"Alright, everyone please get back to work, as for you babies, feel free to roam around and observe. Make sure you learn anything if not everything in this room. Go!" Shooing everybody to their places.

"Saaaaaash! Finally!!! I'm so happy you're finally here!" A pretty, petite, fair skin, woman came rushing to her. Her bob matches her sweet, bubbly personality, but her style is rather mature and conservative is white the opposite, nonetheless, she seemed refined and charming as it is.

"If it's not my dear Pennylane! Owe it to you, you are so persistent in knocking the sense out of me, now I'm here!" Sasha says giggling.

"And that will get my lunch all covered today, I guess?" She looks like a cute little girl asking for that last piece of candy.

Sasha rolled her eyes.

"Alright, just this time, let's be clear about that!"

Penny giggled.

"So where do I start?" She starts to scan the area, and as she roamed her eyes she spotted a seemingly familiar face.

"Wait Penn, isn't that Alexi's boyfriend? What's his name?" She whispered.

"Oh yea, Ryan, but no, they already broke up, he has a different girlfriend now, and so does she I guess." She shrugged.

"I see. Oh well, by the way, what are you up to now? "

"Oh, I have to make a program for the upcoming launching event"

"So how can I help?"

"Well, I need to check on the graphic designs for the playbacks, can you do that instead?"

"Sure, who should I talk to then?"

"You know Ryan right? Yeah, he's the guy"

Sasha felt nervous for some reason she doesn't understand.

"Oh really? Oh...okay..."

Penny squints her eyes "what's with the stammering? Wait don't tell me you're crushing on our friend's ex?"

"What? No way! First of all, she's your friend, not mine, she's merely an acquaintance, I just didn't expect I'm gonna be talking to him after we gossip about his love life." Sasha rolled her eyes.

"Girl you shy?!" Penny teased.

"Whatever! Just give me the list so I can start checking" she shrugged.

Sasha then walked over to Ryan's station. She has this very serious expression on his face, that suits his masculine features, his jaw was very prominent and his lips look plumpy and soft. He's wearing a grey shirt but still couldn't hide his toned biceps and shoulders.

"Hi! Excuse me, I'm sorry, um, Penny asked me to check the graphics for the launching event? By the way, I'm Sasha."

"Oh yeah, the newbie, I'm Ryan, well, sorry I am not done with everything yet, but I can show you some if that's okay with you?"

" Sure, that would be great" she smiled.

Ryan looked

"Here, have seat." And he opened the file for her.

After some time ransacking files and checking the graphics, she finally stood up.

"I'm done, sorry for taking your time" Sasha shyly apologized.

"No, don't be, I needed to rest my eyes anyway...by the way, you look familiar have we met?" He curiously asked.

"Yes actually, I knew you from the university, although you probably didn't know me. I'm Penny's friend, and also I was in the drama club with..." she quite hesitated to mention the name, but it was too late already "...with Alexi" She said a little embarrassed.

"Oh..." He awkwardly responded.

"I'm sorry, I should've not mentioned her, Penn told me, you guys..." She bit her lips, realizing she talked too much. "You know what? I think I better get going, thank you, sorry..." she stood hastily not to prolong the embarrassment.

"Hey..." he tried to stop her "relax, it was in the past anyway, it's fine" while trying to suppress his laugh.

"Still, I should've not..." sighed "oh well, anyway, thanks again, and nice meeting you Ryan." She smiled.

"Nice meeting you Sash." He winked.

She turned her back immediately as she felt the rush of blood all over her face.

Darn it, Sasha!
