One and half year later

Nancy POV

I am here in the park near the college exit gate waiting for Sweety, she told me she will in computer lab. It's been 15 minutes I am here waiting for her, I should probably call her.

"Hello, Where are you", I asked her in the call

" Nancy it will take time, you can go", Nancy said, it seems she was having difficult in breathing

"Are you alright, I can wait for you", I offered her

" No no, I am fine, you please carry on", She said and hung up.

Its the usual of her one or twice of a week she would just disappear like this.

I was walking down the lane, today I walked to home, as it's still winter and the sun is shining bright. The winter sun is the best. I was admiring the weather and strolling on the way.

"Hi", Someone came next and greeted me, I could tell who is the person is even if I am in deep sleep

" Hi" , I greeted back to him

"Again you are going alone?", Neil asked smiling

" Yes Sweety said she has some work in lab so", I said explaining

"Hmm, even David said he has work in lab", Neil said mischievously

" But he took Math right? " I asked frowning

Neil just shook his head smiling, he didn't want to answer further. He hold my hand and start walking. He does always hold my hand when we are alone, I couldn't stop him, I want to stop him but I just couldn't, I know I am hypocrite, one hand I don't want to share my feelings, I don't want a relationship like my friends, on the second hand I just couldn't stop the physical attraction I feel towards Neil, he hold my hand, he hug me sometimes I don't stop him, I am doing wrong, god give me strength, it can be friendly gesture for him but not for me.

"You there", Neil asked

" Huh" I said, I just zone out in thoughts

"You just zone out", Neil said

" Oh nothing, just random things ", I wave it off

" Hmm, it's just 3 months of junior college now", Neil said conversationally

"Yeah, wasn't it just a while before we had high school farewell party? Time really flies", I said smiling

" Yeah you girls cried for leaving friends, school , but we are all together in college", Neil said teasingly

"But hey, Ashley and Rick are not there", I said defensively

" Oh ya that is", Neil said dismissing to topic. He never argues he would tease me but if I say something in my defense he would agreed on it quickly. He never argue back like others. Oh Neil why you make it so hard for me. Neil has become mature now, he has some stubbles, he is more like adult now, his muscular body seems like he doing some exercis or gym. Nancy just stop it. I told to myself.

"We reached", Neil said

As I see left side, I was near to my house. With him time really pass fast. I waved him goodbye and went to home.

Computer Lab ( Youth college)

Neil POV

I waved goodbye to Nancy and watch her moving towards her home. I couldn't do today also. It's been more than a year and half I couldn't yet purpose Nancy. I keep on waiting for occasions but it each occasion come and go, I should gather courage to purpose her, let her know what I feel for her. It's not easy though Nancy is not someone to fool around, she is different, she is special, I afraid of rejection, I may lose a friend also if I purpose her. I am willing to take such a risk but I don't want to live being her just a friend I want to more, more than a friend, more than a love, more of everything.

In the Evening

I came to Nancy house to get some help in assignment also just an excuse to meet her.

Her mom open the door, we exchanged pleasantries. I asked about Nancy, she told me that she is in Sweety home.

She asked me to wait for Nancy in her room while she will call Nancy.

I was roaming around her room, it was simple yet girly room. I was just going through her study table, something caught my eye. A drawer in the bottom, personal do not touch was written in it by black marker. I was curious, the things we are forbidden to do we exactly want to do. I just pull the drawer and saw a stack of dairy. more like 10 dairy, I was taking out all. I heard her mom is calling me, I quickly took out the first dairy and kept it my back and push the drawer back. I went outside.

"Sorry Neil, Nancy and Sweety went to nearby park for walk", Her mom informed him

" Oh no worries Aunt, I would meet them there" I said

"Thanks", I said and run towards home asap to read whats in the dairy.

Dawn 4: 00 am

" Love is all I have in my heart " , I re read the lines for the hundredth time. How could she do this. How could she do this to me. Didn't she thought me worthy enough to trust and let me know her feelings. Instead of being happy that she also loves me back, it is hurting me that she didn't trust me enough to share her feelings. Here I was everyday trying, figuring out how to convey my love to her, let her know my feelings, I thought she would by now see me differently but she? Okay Nancy not now or tomorrow but soon I will make you accept me and my feelings and your feelings. I will make you voice out your feelings to the whole world. I know you feel we are too young to be relationship though our friends are already in relationship and have move far ahead but I will wait, wait for the right moment to confess. I love her, I shouldn't do something she is not comfortable.
