Chapter Seventeen The rest of the summer lasted forever and ended much too soon, eternity in the blink of an eye, the infinite paradox all acquainted with that enchanting immortal season between each grade will recognize. So, we cherished each moment, held onto it tightly, waved goodbye as they passed. And if it all had been a moment, it was one we would remember throughout time immemorial. After the Fourth of July, the moon always seemed to be full.
