It still seemed all like a dream to her. That had to be the only logical explanation for the last two days, how else could she explain it. She was still in bed trying to process it all with closed eyes when she heard a door open, heralding a voice that had a familiar effect on her "Emily, come down for dinner" The voice said Her eyes slowly tore open as she saw the figure of Alexander standing at the door. The sudden realization that it all wasn't a dream but reality as certain as the air she was breathing Alexander smiled. "Hurry down" He said as he took his exit Emily's senses rushed back to her. She was in an unfamiliar bed in an unfamiliar room, naked under an unfamiliar blanket. She remembered all that happened the night before and didn't know exactly how to feel about it all. All she remembered was how it made her feel; ecstatic and euphoric. It was as though she was intoxicated and just recovering She quickly threw a night robe on that she saw gently folded on the stool next to the bed and made her way downstairs. The house looked quite different from how it did the night before, it was certainly brighter. "Tea or coffee?" Alexander called from the dining area with a smile "Tea please, thank you" Emily said politely as she made her way to the dining table and sat down "How was your night?" Alexander asked with his back turned to her while he was preparing her tea "It was… " Emily said as she seemed to be looking for the right word to describe it while pulling back a smile that slowly made it's way to her face Alexander handed her a cup of tea and a plate of sandwich as he also took a seat opposite her on the dining table "It was what Emily?" Alexander smiled back and took a sip of his black coffee "I can barely make heads or tails of all that happened, one moment we're at the balcony, the next I'm holding onto you for dear life while you did what you did to me" Emily said looking down at her cup with that last bits of courage in her which didn't stop her from turning red instantly Alexander laughed as he looked at her squirm in her seat "What did I do Emily" "Don't make me Alex" "I won't make you do anything Emily" he said with a smile "I enjoyed it" Emily mumbled "I'd do it again" Alexander said as he slowly took a bite from his sandwich At that moment, Emily was convinced that Alexander's words possessed an enchanting effect on her, as the mere utterance of those words caused the hairs on her skin to stand. "But that's not why we're here today Emily" Alexander added "So what then" Emily said as she slowly have a sigh relieving herself of the built up tension "You said you're an artist last night" "Yeah I am" Emily took a bite of her sandwich "I can help you with that" "With what" "You explained how you've been finding it hard to make a name for yourself, I have the influence to make that happen" Alexander said looking her in the eye Emily was confused, not because she wasn't sure if he could–she was certain he could–but she didn't understand why he would "Why…why would you want to do that for me" Emily asked out of confusion "Because you'd be my wife" Alexander said as his pitch black eyes pierced into her deep blue eyes Emily broke eye contact. Her confusion only propounded. "How… why?" Emily asked as her eyes ran laps across the room as if to find the answers on the walls "I need an heir Emily, I need a child" He said in a more serious tone "But why me?" "Why not you" Alexander said as he made his way across the table to her end. "You called me to you the moment I saw you at the gala even though you didn't know it" Alexander stood behind her chair and put his hands on her shoulders "You feel it too, we both know you do," he said. "This craving and yearning you can't keep shut. We want each other Emily" He whispered into her ears and his gentle breath sent shivers down her spine Emily turned to face him and then stood up "What if it doesn't work out" she said quietly with her eyes on his lips and her body giving in "Do you want it to" he said as he pulled on the rope holding the robe together "Yes" Emily said shakily as she leaned on the dining table Alexander leaned against her body that the disarmed robe gave way for and kissed her neck She let out an exhale He wrapped his arms round her waist once again as she welcomed him with legs spread wide "Tell me to stop" Alexander whispered "I dare you not to" Emily answered He pulled his trousers down and thrust his hard rod deep into her Emily moaned loudly "You'd make a beautiful Hawthorne" Alexander said as he ran his lips across her neck Emily let out a moan as held on to his bare back for dear life "Is this what you meant when you said it could all be mine" Emily asked forcing each word to leave her mouth while her soul and body were yet one "Good girl" Alexander answered. "Thank you for helping me into the gala" Emily said with a gap between every word as the table shook turbulently. It was like an out of body experience for her and she felt the need to give her thanks to this savior of hers who was now gaining complete control over her very being. She was not going to resist, even if she could, it was too late to stop now. "This is only the beginning* Alexander growled
