That incident taught us a lesson that we wouldn't want to commit again... not until we are both ready for that kind of big responsibility.
Since then, we have never done things without protection. Dashiel always made sure that he had stock of condoms with him. And to make it really sure, I also started taking pills. Though, he doesn't have any idea that I do that and he strongly disagrees with me taking that. He said that I don't have to do that because he will make sure that we are safe.
But my fear will not let me so, without him knowing, I am taking the pills. Besides, taking pills helps my cycle to regulate. I also like the effect of it on my skin. Lucia once said I was glowing and even asked what skin care I was using. She would probably be scandalized if I told her what it was.
