Seraphina wasn't stupid, but she had to admit to herself that this was clearly not one of her best and brightest ideas. In fact, many would say that it was downright idiotic, especially since it wasn't much of a plan in the first place. It was more of a set of objectives with no interconnecting lines that all somehow culminated in her and Alios being allowed to return to the Voided Land palace. She was tired of this place and the suspicion. How had this even happened! She just wanted to learn about a childhood curse, why had they stumbled headlong into a murder mystery plot? First her own near assassination, then a curse, and now this! Was her entire life just that awful? Had the gods really just been like "f**k that baby in particular".
