Chapter 12 – Three Cs

1056 Words
“She’s here.” Brianna heard Neil say. She didn’t have to ask who called. It was not part of the plan, and she knew Elaine was worried when she did not answer any of her calls. As she watched him talked her assistant, she took her chance. Without breaking her gaze, she leaned forward and dropped a small white pill into his glass. She picked up her own glass and leaned back against the backrest just as Neil turned around. She lifted a brow as her lips touched the rim of the glass. “Your assistant,” Neil said as if answering Brianna’s unuttered question. “Why aren’t you answering her call?” She shrugged, looked away, and took a swig of her liquor. Sighing, Neil returned to his seat and picked up his glass. “I’m calling your driver.” “Be a man, Neil. Take me home,” she teased, pouting. Neil almost groaned, seeing her puckering her lips seductively. He raised his glass, giving her the apparent reason. “Na ah, Princess,” he said, taking his phone and browsing for Dan’s number. “Fine,” she said, placing her glass on the table. “At least finish your drink,” she continued, rolling her eyes as she stood up. Neil almost smiled, liking he had succeeded in disappointing her. He gulped the drink in his glass, emptying it while watching Brianna walk to her desk. A sigh escaped her mouth as he locked his gaze on her. Even her back was a perfection, a beauty. Only now did he realize Brianna wore a backless blouse, and its strings seemed to call him. He squeezed his eyes hard, pulling the dirty thoughts away. His mouth tightened, reminding himself that the woman turning him on wasn’t his fiancée. Brianna was not his type. He had always hated women who were swathed with wealth and fashion. Brianna was exactly that person, a three-Cs kind of woman. Careless. Carefree. Cheery. Too Cheery. She was far from optimistic. She was a happy-go-lucky person—a curse to every man’s dream of wanting to have a happy family. Brianna was a… nightmare. “What?” Brianna asked, her brow lifting in curiosity. Neil blinked, opening his eyes, and asked, “What?” He was not surprised to see her before him. She folded her arms and pouted, narrowing her eyes as she paused, thinking what to say. “You said I’m…” She wrinkled her nose, unsure. “A nightmare?” He raised his eyebrows and shook his head immediately. “You did,” Brianna insisted. “I did not,” he denied, but his heart raced, wondering if she could read his mind or if he had uttered the word by mistake. He swallowed hard, thinking he must have said it out loud. Lili would tease him, saying he could not contain his thoughts to himself. “Am I really a nightmare, Neil?” she asked, her voice sexy, as she walked closer to him. “Yes.” He cleared his throat and said, “No.” “Yes. I. Am. A. Nightmare,” Brianna muttered, emphasizing each word as she sat on his lap. She expected Neil to push her, but he didn’t. A smile curved into her lips, thinking she didn’t have to put much effort into her plans. Her heart raced in mixed triumph and sadness, seeing the desire in his eyes. Her eyes collided with his, and for a moment, even she was lost in his gaze, almost forgetting her plans. Neil cursed inwardly, trying hard to look away, but Brianna was a witch, enchanting him with her beauty. When their gaze locked, he knew he was in trouble. Deep trouble. Not only was she a nightmare to him, but a curse. For a moment, he thought he heard her gasp when he slid his hand around the nape of her neck and pulled her toward him. He collided his mouth with hers, feeling her soft lips. He wished to nibble her lower lip, but when she parted her lips, he got crazy, wanting to explore her more. It must be the alcohol, Neil thought. His thoughts drowned at the touch of Brianna’s tongue on his. The little invitation to duel made him forget everything as he explored and tasted her sweetness. He moaned in his mouth, feeling her shifting her seat and facing him. As she spread her legs and closed the gap between their bodies, his hands seemed to have minds of their own, sliding down her back to the strings, groping her soft skin under her blouse, and realizing she wasn’t wearing a bra. “Naughty girl,” he murmured, cupping her mounds. Brianna let out a soft chuckle, correcting him. “Wicked, Love. Wicked!” she said, her fingers on the buttons of his shirt, taking it off. He groaned when Brianna moved to his side, but before he could complain, he realized what she planned to do. A soft gasp escaped his mouth to see her perfect mounds as she took off her blouse. He knew he lost control when his brain could not think of anything but the things he wanted to do with her breasts. She rose to her feet, standing before him and pulling off her skirt, teasing him as she pulled it down slowly. Her lips curved into a naughty smile when he breathed hard. “Brianna…” The words disappeared in his mind when she lowered herself right in front of him and pulled down the zipper, freeing his rigid shaft. “You’re even bigger than I imagined,” she said, her voice filled with awe and anticipation. She wrapped her hand around his length, feeling the heat and the hardness of him. Neil groaned, his heart pounding with desire and his hips bucking slightly as she began to stroke him. “Love…” He heard Brianna say, and he almost reminded her not to call him that, but with his manhood in her mouth, he thought she could call him any names. “Bri…” He sighed, breathing evenly, dreaming of things he wanted to do with her. The door swung open, and Katie entered the door, gasping in shock. “Sweetheart!” she cried, her eyes wide in pain.
