Kalha opened her eyes and let out a deep sigh, one more day she wakes up without the alpha by her side. As positive as always, she got out of bed and went straight to the bathroom to take a shower. When he looked in the mirror, a delicate smile was drawn on his lips. Tobal had left for a mission a month ago and, therefore, he did not drink the brew at night and could maintain his true appearance while he slept and woke up with her. Seeing her with her true face made her happy, since that allowed her not to get completely lost or forget who she really is. When he saw the shower he smiled, he had never taken such a decent shower before, he had always bathed in the lakes or with buckets of water and sponges, he had never been as clean as now. The almost hot water jet falling on her made her feel an overwhelming calm. After a long bath Kalha looked at the closet that Tobal had sent to put for her, it hurt her to hear him say that it was not enough to wear the clothes of the woman she loved, but it made her happy to have her own clothes and not wear someone else's, although it was a little difficult for her to see herself with such elegant and beautiful dresses. When he left the room he let out a long sigh and passed saliva to remove the bitterness of the brew. When Tobal is not in the castle she is totally invisible to anyone. They don't respect her, they hate her and humiliate her whenever they can, but she doesn't care, walking around without being looked at is also pleasant. Looking at the notebook and the pencil in her hand she smiled, despite everything she does not stop trying to get to know people and talk to them, even if it is with written words, since apparently no one in the Lycan kingdom knows sign language. ―News arrived. ―When he heard the maids talking, he stopped and looked directly at her lips to try to understand everything. ―The alpha arrives today, he has emerged victorious! ―Seeing them so happy for the alpha's triumph also made her smile at her. Quickly, she took the notebook and wrote in it, once it was captured what she wanted to say, she approached the maids completely to show them, but the women after looking at her with disgust walked away leaving her with the notebook suspended. Regardless of the disdain of those two, Kalha continued walking and each maid who approached her showed her the notebook, but the result was the same. Tired of him ignoring her, she tore off the sheet and when she saw those in charge of cleaning she held them out. The woman who was quite irritated looked at her face and contracted the gesture full of anger when she saw the face of the deceased moon. As if she was insulted, she took the sheet of paper and tore it into small pieces that hurt Kalha, she didn't even read what it said there. ―All she does is walk around walking like a fool with that notebook. ―Kalha, who was on his knees picking up the pieces of paper, looked up and looked at the two women. ―How can he write if he can't even listen? ―The mockery of the women did not bother them, she saw the opportunity to explain her condition, so with the papers in hand she stood up and smiled at them. ―"Really if they speak loud enough I can hear part of what they say and I support myself by reading the lips" ―The women looked at the movements of their hands carefully and Kalha's heart beat excitedly. ―She's a maniac! ―He laughed one of the girls, destroying Kalha's illusion. ―Weird animal! ―He finished the other one leaving her standing looking at the ground. Why did they treat her like that? Why did no one understand that the death of the moon that they loved so much is not their fault? Why don't they understand that they tore off a part of it to give it to the woman who died? They were the same unanswered questions. ―What does she think she's doing? ―The women looked at her as they entered the kitchen. Kalha didn't notice anyone's presence, since the women didn't speak loudly. She decided to get into the kitchen to clean and cook something for Tobal, she is grateful for the things he has given her and wants to give him a good welcome. ―I don't know what he's doing, but he shouldn't be here. ―The cook looked at her with hatred, as if Kalha was responsible for all her misfortunes. ―Who gave you permission to enter here?! ―The woman shouted calling her attention and not precisely because of the tone of voice, she took the charcoal from the oven and threw it on the floor spoiling all the work that Kalha had done. Looking at the disaster left her stunned, she looked at the women with big eyes and then at the floor. She tried to tell them that she wanted to help them, they always refuse or don't listen to her, so that's why she got in without saying anything to anyone. "I'm sorry, I just wanted to help you with something," he tried to explain, but none of them understood him. "Wait," he ran to take the notebook and quickly wrote in it and tore off the sheet and then handed it to the head chef. ―He wants to clean and help us with the kitchen. ―The cook looked at the group of women. ―We have already made a mess and the alpha has not yet arrived. ―One of them smiled. ―It would be good to put her to clean with the housekeeper and then bring her here to clean up the mess that we will leave. ―Kalha could only see the women's smiles, the cook had turned her back on her and she couldn't hear or read her lips. ―You can help. ―The head chef looked at him with a sly smile. ―But first you must help the housekeeper, that's what you've always wanted to do, right? ―Kalha knew perfectly well that those smiles were mockery, but she still thanked them and accompanied the maid who would take her with the housekeeper. ―What is that mistake of nature doing here? ―The housekeeper looked at her with displeasure. ―We are too busy to pay attention to that woman. The alpha arrives today. ―He completely ignored her. ―Come on, don't be like that. ―The woman looked at her imploringly. ―She just wants to help. ―When she understood her partner's gaze, she radically changed the gesture, but Kalha was already taking care of something. ―What the hell are you doing on the road! ―A maid screamed when she saw herself with the spilled water, the truth fell on Kalha. ―Get out of my way right now! "I'm sorry, I didn't know you were coming, I'm sorry," she apologized again and again, but seeing herself under those looks only made her feel bad. Returning to the room to change into the clothes she was used to, she snorted sitting on the bed. She had soaked the beautiful golden dress she was wearing with dirty water, that's why she liked her simple rags and not those ostentatious dresses. Tired of pitying herself, she took the notebook, the pencil and left the room. She wants to prepare a dinner for Tobal and she won't stop until she does it. He doesn't deserve anything from her, but he marked her and she has accepted the connection they have. ―The useless returned. ―The cook snorted with annoyance. ―You know what? ―The boss looked at them. ―You have to leave her alone and then see them with the alpha. ―With a smile on his lips he looked at her. ―It's all yours. ―Each woman was leaving her apron and leaving the kitchen. Kalha could only see teasing in them, but she didn't care, she could finally cook and do something useful. Getting rid of the sheet on which he had written the request to cook something for his alpha, he got down to work. Tobal snorted, he was tired of all the adventure he had had. Conquering a new pack was never easy, but this time it was a little more difficult for him and he hated knowing the reason. Kalha didn't come out of his mind and as he marked her, why couldn't he hold back? That question was pathetic, but he still asked himself for mere pleasure. ―It was only because he had his face. ―He whispered to himself. ―Did you say anything, alpha? ―Farid looked at him carefully, even he couldn't hear what Tobal had said. ―I want to get there quickly. ―He growled annoyed. ―We won't be long. ―He calmed him down, the truth is they are slow because of all the things they were transporting and it was not an option for the alpha to go ahead, they could attack them and they had to defend their treasures. ―I'm going to f**k her like a f*****g crazy. ―He didn't be interested in his men listening to him. He had not been with any woman in everything he had taken away from his forced moon, Dark did not even allow him to approach another female, the pain was intolerable when he tried to force a night of passion with anyone and the truth is that he never got so excited as he did with that white-haired woman he hates to get into his life. The whole herd was full of happiness when they saw their alpha and the warriors arrive. As always they received them as the heroes they were, but Tobal was not interested in the warm welcome they were giving him, he went straight to the castle and with it to the room. ―Alpha. ―The housekeeper bowed. ―Where is it? ―He looked at the woman with a serious gesture. ―E-she insisted. ―The woman explained. ―Where the f**k is he?! ―In the kitchen, alpha. ―Replied the woman on the spot. Tobal immediately began to walk with quick steps. Why the f**k would she be in the kitchen? Why the f**k wasn't I waiting for him naked on the f*****g bed? What was that woman thinking about? She had to be available for him and ready to receive his fat, long and eager c**k. ―Where is it? ―He stopped short when he saw the cooking shining and only with the aroma of a delicious meal. ―Shit! ―He growled furiously and almost ran, he can feel it, he ignored that and went straight to the kitchen, but he no longer wants to be ignorant. Kalha had a smile on her lips, she was happy for everything she had been allowed to do, but the sudden and strong grip on his arm surprised her. ―Mmmm. ―She gasped for the unexpected of that grip, she collided with Tobal's strong body and was somewhat disoriented, that's until her eyes met hers always furious and cold.
